Jak je to s dopadem t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 normy na prodej ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>WLTP m\u00e1 a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude m\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed, n\u011bkdy neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na trh ojetin. Prvn\u00ed z t\u011bchto \u00fa\u010dink\u016f se ji\u017e projevily loni v l\u00e9t\u011b. Dovozci a distributo\u0159i nab\u00edzeli k vylo\u017een\u00ed sv\u00fdch voz\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly je\u0161t\u011b testov\u00e1ny podle star\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu NEDC, natolik atraktivn\u00ed prodeje, \u017ee se b\u00fdval\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznivci ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f obr\u00e1tili na trh s nov\u00fdmi vozy. V Srpen vzrostly registrace nov\u00fdch voz\u016f v Evropa a\u017e o 31 %. Velmi um\u011bl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst, kter\u00fd byl zp\u016fsoben t\u00edm, \u017ee datum nov\u00e9ho standardu se rychle bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, a tak byli deale\u0159i nuceni sv\u00e9 neprodan\u00e9 z\u00e1soby Zaregistrovat se sami, dokud to je\u0161t\u011b bylo mo\u017en\u00e9. To zaplavilo trh ojetin najednou n\u011bkolika tis\u00edci \u201enulat\u00fdmi\u201c vozy. <\/p>\n<h2>Prodlou\u017eit nebo po\u010dkat&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p> V\u0161ichni ten p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh zn\u00e1me: proces testov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159eby WLTP m\u011bl \u010dasto negativn\u00ed vliv na<\/sub> hodnoty<sub>2. Dokonce i extrapolovan\u00e9 hodnoty, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako NEDC 2,0 nebo korelovan\u00e9 NEDC, jsou \u010dasto vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. V pr\u016fm\u011bru mezi 10 a 15 %. Proto\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina evropsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f zavedla automobilovou da\u0148, kter\u00e1 je<\/sub> citliv\u00e1 na CO<sub>2 sektor vozov\u00e9ho parku prok\u00e1zal zna\u010dnou obez\u0159etnost. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i vyu\u017eili dobr\u00fdch letn\u00edch podm\u00ednek k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed a okam\u017eit\u00e9mu Zaregistrovat se sv\u00fdch vozidel. Nejrad\u011bji v\u0161ak s objedn\u00e1vkou po\u010dkali, a\u017e v\u00fdrobci zve\u0159ejn\u00ed sv\u00e9 hodnoty WLTP\/NEDC2.0. Firmy tak rad\u011bji prodlou\u017eily \u017eivotnost sv\u00fdch voz\u016f. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed ne\u010dekali na zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed \u010d\u00edsel, aby podepsali sv\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vky, nyn\u00ed \u010del\u00ed jin\u00e9mu probl\u00e9mu: \u010dekac\u00edm lh\u016ft\u00e1m na dod\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch nov\u00fdch voz\u016f. D\u016fvodem je to, \u017ee mnoho model\u016f nebylo v\u010das otestov\u00e1no (a n\u011bkter\u00e9 st\u00e1le nejsou), a\u0165 u\u017e kv\u016fli p\u0159epracovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b, nebo kv\u016fli po\u0159adn\u00edku ve zku\u0161ebn\u00edch laborato\u0159\u00edch. D\u016fsledek je ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b stejn\u00fd: zat\u00edmco \u010dekaj\u00ed na objedn\u00e1vku nebo dod\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch voz\u016f, modely, kter\u00e9 jsou ji\u017e v provozu, prodlu\u017euj\u00ed svou kari\u00e9ru na silnici, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kilometrov\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Tyto vozy doraz\u00ed na trh ojetin pozd\u011bji, ne\u017e se o\u010dek\u00e1valo, a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u0161echny ve stejnou dobu, s obt\u00ed\u017eemi, kter\u00e9 si lze p\u0159edstavit p\u0159i jejich co nejrychlej\u0161\u00edm prodeji. Tato situace bude m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek ur\u010ditou nerovnov\u00e1hu mezi nab\u00eddkou a popt\u00e1vkou po t\u011bchto \u010dty\u0159i a\u017e p\u011bt let star\u00fdch vozech, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na tachometru mezi 140 000 a 180 000 km. Jejich Cena proto v Evropa v\u00fdrazn\u011b vzroste . Trik bude v tom, uk\u00e1zat spr\u00e1vnou m\u00edru agresivity v dob\u011b Aukce abyste m\u011bli jistotu, \u017ee se udr\u017e\u00edte v z\u00e1vod\u011b. <\/p>\n<h2>Budoucnost s CO<sub>2<\/sub>?<\/h2>\n<p> Za dva a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i roky doraz\u00ed na trh ojetin prvn\u00ed vozy testovan\u00e9 podle WLTP. T\u011b\u017eko p\u0159edv\u00eddat, co p\u0159esn\u011b se stane. Da\u0148ov\u00fd syst\u00e9m se v\u0161ak nezm\u011bn\u00ed: bude i nad\u00e1le propojen s CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Dnes v\u011bt\u0161ina evropsk\u00fdch trh\u016f souhlasila s uvoln\u011bn\u00edm da\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee WLTP t\u00edm, \u017ee souhlasila s pou\u017eit\u00edm hodnot NEDC 2,0 jako z\u00e1kladu pro v\u00fdpo\u010det. Opakujeme: ty hodnoty u\u017e b\u00fdvaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Ale d\u0159\u00edve nebo pozd\u011bji, v z\u00e1vislosti na Zem\u011b jsou to hodnoty WLTP, kter\u00e9 definitivn\u011b poslou\u017e\u00ed jako z\u00e1klad pro v\u00fdpo\u010det dan\u011b. To bude m\u00edt nav\u00edc dopad na ka\u017edou z mo\u017enost\u00ed na<\/sub> hodnoty<sub>2. Pro kupuj\u00edc\u00ed ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f se proto zd\u00e1 logick\u00e9 hledat vozidla s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enou<\/sub> \u00farovn\u00ed CO<sub>2 a tedy mo\u017en\u00e1 i star\u0161\u00ed vozy. I kdy\u017e jsou nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed auta skute\u010dn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ne\u017e ta star\u0161\u00ed, ve skute\u010dnosti budou vykazovat vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed<\/sub> \u00farovn\u011b<sub>2. To je realita WLTP. N\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed z\u00f3ny a dal\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se kolem (velk\u00fdch) m\u011bst objevuj\u00ed, v\u0161ak tento efekt sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. V t\u011bchto oblastech se toti\u017e \u010dasto ukazuj\u00ed jako relevantn\u00ed normy Euro.
