Oktober 2011 \u00fcber die Rechte der Verbraucher definiert einen Verbraucher als \u201ejede nat\u00fcrliche Person, die bei Vertr\u00e4gen, die unter diese Richtlinie fallen, zu Zwecken handelt, die nicht ihrer gewerblichen, gesch\u00e4ftlichen, handwerklichen oder beruflichen T\u00e4tigkeit zugerechnet werden k\u00f6nnen\u201c. Au\u00dferdem hat der Europ\u00e4ische Gerichtshof bereits entschieden, dass die Verbraucherschutzma\u00dfnahmen bei Vertr\u00e4gen mit doppeltem Verwendungszweck nicht anwendbar sind, es sei denn, die berufliche Nutzung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Da Sie ein Unternehmen oder eine nat\u00fcrliche Person als H\u00e4ndler sind, sind die EU-Richtlinie \u00fcber die Rechte der Verbraucher &#8211; und alle anderen Verbraucherschutzgesetze &#8211; auf unsere Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehung nicht anwendbar.
