Sie enth\u00e4lt bis zu 34 alphanumerische Zeichen, beginnend mit einem zweistelligen L\u00e4ndercode, gefolgt von zwei Pr\u00fcfziffern, die die G\u00fcltigkeit der IBAN best\u00e4tigen, und endend mit einer BBAN (Basic Bank Account Number), die spezifische Bank- und Kontodaten enth\u00e4lt.
