Ein CMR ist ein Frachtbrief. Es handelt sich um das Dokument, das von dem Unternehmen erstellt wird, das Ihnen das Fahrzeug ausliefert, d.h. dem externen Transportunternehmen. Sie m\u00fcssen das Dokument unterschreiben, um zu beweisen, dass Sie das Fahrzeug erhalten haben.<\/p>\n

Drei Exemplare <\/strong>
\nEs gibt drei Exemplare des CMR: den Empfangsnachweis, der an den Absender (z.B.: OPENLANE) zur\u00fcckgeht, den Ablieferungsnachweis, der an den Spediteur (das Transportunternehmen) geht und das dritte Exemplar geht an den Empf\u00e4nger, also an Sie.<\/p>\n

Eingeschlossen werden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u2022 Die Adresse, an der die Waren abgeholt wurden, sowie das Datum (+ einen Stempel des Parkplatzes).<\/td>\nNr. 3<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Bitte \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen Sie Ihre CMRs immer, bevor Sie sie einreichen. Ein korrekt abgestempeltes, unterschriebenes und ausgef\u00fclltes\u00a0<\/span>CMR-Formular<\/span><\/a> und\u00a0<\/span>CMR mit 24 Feldern k\u00f6nnen Sie<\/a> hier sehen.\u00a0<\/span>Es gibt kein festes Format f\u00fcr ein CMR, sodass die Anzahl der Felder variieren kann.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bitte beachten Sie:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>Wir akzeptieren nicht<\/span> \u201eInternational\u201c<\/em> oder \u201eZu best\u00e4tigen\u201c <\/em>als Endziel. Wenn Sie das Fahrzeug in Empfang nehmen, liegt es in der Verantwortung des Spediteurs (d.h. des Transportunternehmens), sicherzustellen, dass der CMR korrekt ist und der Zustand des Fahrzeugs genau erfasst wird. Das Ergebnis dieser Kontrollen muss in den CMR aufgenommen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rechtliches <\/strong>
\nDies alles ist erforderlich gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 5 und Artikel 6 des<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00dcbereinkommens \u00fcber den Bef\u00f6rderungsvertrag im internationalen Stra\u00dfeng\u00fcterverkehr (CMR) (Genf 19. Mai 1956) und dem Zusatzprotokoll 1978<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
