W\u00e4hrend seiner Amtszeit bei ADESA steigerte er das Umsatzvolumen um das Zehnfache, w\u00e4hrend er gleichzeitig eine starke Kundenbindung an die Plattform aufrechterhielt und das internationale K\u00e4ufernetzwerk des Unternehmens auf mehr als 100.000 Mitglieder ausbaute. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat er erfolgreich die Unternehmensstrategie von ADESA und die Markteinf\u00fchrungsprozesse f\u00fcr zwei wichtige Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche entwickelt und eingef\u00fchrt: den traditionellen grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Verkauf von Fahrzeugen, die von gewerblichen Kunden bezogen werden, und \u2013 mit der \u00dcbernahme von GWListe im Jahr 2018 \u2013 das H\u00e4ndler-zu-H\u00e4ndler-Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell. K\u00fcrzlich \u00fcberwachte Meyssen die Konsolidierung und Integration von ADESA UK und ADESA GWListe in die einheitliche adesa.eu-Plattform Anfang dieses Jahres, wodurch es f\u00fcr Kunden in ganz Europa einfacher und schneller wurde, das gew\u00fcnschte Inventar zu finden. Die kombinierte Plattform bietet nun t\u00e4glich mehr als 4.000 Fahrzeuge zur Versteigerung an. Intern war Meyssen eine best\u00e4ndige und treibende Kraft bei der Gestaltung der einzigartigen Unternehmenskultur von ADESA.
