Die Online-Autoauktionsplattform verkauft etwa 40.000 Leasingfahrzeuge und Fahrzeuge von Autoh\u00e4ndlern und Fuhrparkbesitzern an den professionellen Autohandel in ganz Europa, vor allem in Mittel- und Osteuropa. OPENLANE hat eine neue Strategie entwickelt, die darauf abzielt, das Volumen auf mindestens 100.000 verkaufte Einheiten in den n\u00e4chsten 5 Jahren zu erh\u00f6hen. \u201eMit unserer Strategie versuchen wir, die Nachfrage unserer K\u00e4ufer und das Angebot aus unseren verschiedenen Beschaffungskan\u00e4len und L\u00e4ndern besser aufeinander abzustimmen und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erh\u00f6hen, indem alle Transaktionen schneller, einfacher und problemloser abgewickelt werden\u201d, sagt Johan Meyssen, CEO von OPENLANE. <\/p>\n<h2>Jean-Paul Teyssen verst\u00e4rkt den Vorstand<\/h2>\n<p> Ende letzten Jahres wehte ein frischer Wind durch den Vorstandssaal der OPENLANE Gruppe. Der Eintritt der Investmentfonds Vortex Capital Partners und ABN AMRO Participaties brachte drei neue Delegierte in den Vorstand. Die Ernennung von Jean-Paul Teyssen am 1. Juli wird nun OPENLANE im Vorstandssaal verst\u00e4rken. \u201eWenn Sie den Sitz des Gr\u00fcnders Steven Lismont dazuz\u00e4hlen, k\u00f6nnen Sie sehen, dass alle 5 Vorstandsmandate besetzt sind\u201d, sagt Meyssen. Teyssen ist der richtige Mann am richtigen Platz f\u00fcr OPENLANE. Er skizzierte eine \u00e4hnliche Wachstumsstrategie bei Carglass, bei der der Schwerpunkt auf der Optimierung der internen Prozesse und des Humankapitals lag, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit der Dienstleistungen deutlich zu verbessern. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist Teyssen ein bekannter Name in den Bereichen Leasing, Flotten und Versicherungen. <\/p>\n<h2>Erweiterung des Exekutivkomitees<\/h2>\n<p> Auch im Exekutivkomitee gab es mehrere Neubesetzungen. Claudia Ruzzi wurde am 1. M\u00e4rz zum HR Manager ernannt. Sie wird sich vor allem auf F\u00fchrung, Kompetenzentwicklung und die Unterst\u00fctzung der wachsenden Zahl von Mitarbeitern konzentrieren. Pieter Behets wird zum Chief Business Development Officer (CBO) bef\u00f6rdert. Er wird die verschiedenen Zweigstellen kontrollieren und f\u00fcr ein einheitliches Vorgehen bei den Auktionen und den Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Praktiken sorgen, damit Angebot und Nachfrage besser aufeinander abgestimmt werden k\u00f6nnen. Jan Van Orshoven (COO), Gino Vleminckx (CCO), Wim Deboel (CIO) und Peter Suy werden neben Johan Meyssen (CEO) auf ihren Posten im Vorstand bleiben. <\/p>\n<h2>Ein Wechsel bei OPENLANE in den Niederlanden und Belgien.<\/h2>\n<p> Ab 1. Juli wird Richard Buss Remco Otte als Landesleiter f\u00fcr die niederl\u00e4ndische Niederlassung abl\u00f6sen.
