Dies ist auf eine neue europ\u00e4ische Norm zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, an die sich Hersteller und Industrie halten m\u00fcssen. Das ist kein leichtes Unterfangen. Deshalb hat Europa ein so genanntes Supercredit-System geschaffen, bei dem umweltfreundliche und saubere Autos ihre Pendants in derselben Modellreihe kompensieren. Neben dem CO2-Grenzwert von 95 g\/km m\u00fcssen Neuwagen ab 2021 auch maximal 3,9 l\/100km verbrauchen. Dies wird eigentlich schon ein Jahr fr\u00fcher der Fall sein, aber aufgrund einer \u00dcbergangsregelung m\u00fcssen 2020 mindestens 95 % der Autoverk\u00e4ufe die neuen Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen. Hersteller, die sich nicht an die Norm halten, werden mit einem Bu\u00dfgeld von 95 \u20ac f\u00fcr jedes Gramm, das das Fahrzeug \u00fcber den Grenzwert hinaus ausst\u00f6\u00dft, belegt. Um es klar zu sagen: 95 g ist der Industriestandard, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass alle Hersteller dieses Ziel auf individueller Basis erreichen m\u00fcssen. Zum einen wurde historische Daten untersucht, indem die durchschnittlichen Emissionen der letzten Jahre \u00fcber die gesamte Produktpalette eines Herstellers hinweg betrachtet wurden. Andererseits wurden auch die Modelle und die Verkaufsmengen untersucht. Hersteller mit vielen kompakten Modellen in ihrem Sortiment haben ein strengeres Ziel als solche mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Modellen. Jaguar Land Rover zum Beispiel hat ein Ziel von 132 g, w\u00e4hrend Toyotas Ziel bei 94,3 g liegt. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass die Verkaufszahlen eines gro\u00dfen Herstellers wie Toyota bei den Berechnungen st\u00e4rker ins Gewicht fallen, und zum anderen an der Geschichte des Unternehmens. Toyota hat sich seit Jahren auf Hybridtechnologien konzentriert, w\u00e4hrend Land Rover mit schweren Gel\u00e4ndewagen handelt und beim Umweltschutz langsamer vorankommt. <\/p>\n<h2>Supercredits<\/h2>\n<p> Obwohl die europ\u00e4ische Automobilindustrie jedes Jahr 50 \u20ac Milliarden in Forschung und Entwicklung investiert, von denen ein gro\u00dfer Teil in die Motorenentwicklung flie\u00dft, werden einige Marken Schwierigkeiten haben, die Werte bis 2021 zu erreichen. Es besteht also eine sehr reale Chance, dass hohe Geldstrafen verh\u00e4ngt werden. Um den Herstellern etwas Spielraum zu geben, wurden \u00dcbergangsma\u00dfnahmen in Form von &#8222;Supercredits&#8220; geschaffen. Die Autohersteller k\u00f6nnen Modelle mit hohen Emissionen mit sogenannten Supercredits kompensieren, die sie mit besonders sauberen, umweltfreundlichen Modellen verdienen. Das bedeutet, dass Autos, die weniger als 50 Gramm aussto\u00dfen, 2020 doppelt z\u00e4hlen. IM Jahr 2021 werden sie 1,62 z\u00e4hlen, wobei der Anteil danach jedes Jahr abnimmt. <\/p>\n<h2>Sinkender Marktanteil des Diesels, h\u00f6here CO2-Emissionen<\/h2>\n<p> Die Automobilindustrie steht jedoch nach wie vor vor einer gro\u00dfen Herausforderung, die direkt mit dem R\u00fcckgang der Beliebtheit des Diesels zusammenh\u00e4ngt. Ein Dieselmotor st\u00f6\u00dft etwa 15 Prozent weniger CO2 pro Kilometer aus als ein Benzinmotor. Bei einem prognostizierten R\u00fcckgang der Verk\u00e4ufe von Dieselmotoren um 30 % in den kommenden Jahren wird dies einen Anstieg der CO2-Emissionen um 5 % bedeuten. Das erkl\u00e4rt, warum sich die Hersteller so sehr darum bem\u00fchen, ihre Baureihen elektrisch zu betreiben, denn nur so k\u00f6nnen sie eine deutliche Senkung der CO2-Emissionen erreichen. Sie befinden sich jedoch immer noch in einer Patt-Situation: Dieselmotoren sind aufgrund ihrer Feinstaubemissionen ausgeschlossen, schneiden aber in Bezug auf CO2 besser ab als Benzinmotoren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"419\" data-src=\"https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/co2emmision1.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large lazyload\" alt=\"Diesel market share dropping, higher CO2 emissions\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/co2emmision1.png 600w, https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/co2emmision1-300x210.png 300w\" data-sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/419;\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<h2>Gut und weniger gut<\/h2>\n<p> Die PA Consulting Group hat eine umfassende Marktstudie \u00fcber die neuen Emissionsvorschriften durchgef\u00fchrt und auf der Grundlage historischer Daten und der technologischen Strategie, die die Hersteller in den kommenden Jahren verfolgen werden, einige Vorhersagen getroffen. Sie erwarten, dass nur 4 der 11 Hersteller (siehe Infografik) diesen Standard erreichen werden.<strong>Diese vier sind Volvo, Toyota, Renault-Nissan und Jaguar Land Rover.<\/strong> Premiumhersteller wie <strong>Daimler und BMW<\/strong> lieb\u00e4ugeln mit dem Grenzwert, aber laut der PA Consulting Studie werden sie ihn nicht erreichen. Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr Massenhersteller wie die <strong>FCA-Gruppe, die PSA-Gruppe (zu der Open-Vauxhall geh\u00f6rt), Ford, Volkswagen und Hyundai-Kia.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h2>Superstrafen und teurere Autos<\/h2>\n<p> Die Folgen der Nichteinhaltung der Norm k\u00f6nnen weitreichend sein, und f\u00fcr einige Hersteller k\u00f6nnten sich die Strafen auf \u00fcber eine Milliarde Euro belaufen. F\u00fcr alle gilt das gleiche Bu\u00dfgeld: 95 Euro pro Gramm \u00dcberschreitung des Grenzwerts. Die individuellen Ziele f\u00fcr jede Marke sollten hier notiert werden (siehe Tabelle). Nun sind die Hersteller an der Reihe. Sie werden alle technologischen Register ziehen m\u00fcssen, um diese CO2-Ziele zu erreichen. Investitionen in alternative Motorentypen kosten jedoch viel Geld, und die Hersteller werden diese Kosten an die Verbraucher weitergeben m\u00fcssen. Es wird mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Kosten in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung von 1.000 \u20ac &#8211; 3.000 \u20ac pro Fahrzeug gerechnet.
