Bis vor kurzem war der Begriff kaum bekannt, aber heutzutage ist es oft im Gespr\u00e4ch. Denn: Die Tatsache, dass Ihr Auto, Ihre Playstation oder Ihr Computer sp\u00e4ter als geplant geliefert wird, hat mit dieser einen Kleinigkeit zu tun. Es waren daher diese Sektoren, die den Halbleiterherstellern hohe Auftr\u00e4ge erteilten, w\u00e4hrend sich die Automobilindustrie mit ihren Bestellungen noch etwas zur\u00fcckhielt. Das Ergebnis: Als der Automarkt im dritten Quartal 2020 wieder anzog, f\u00fchrte dies zu Lieferproblemen. Schlie\u00dflich standen sie ganz hinten in der Warteschlange. Und weil so viele Bestellungen bei den Halbleiterherstellern eingegangen sind, haben wir jetzt Lieferprobleme. Eine schnelle L\u00f6sung gibt es nicht, denn die durchschnittliche Vorlaufzeit f\u00fcr Halbleiterfabriken zur Auslieferung der Auftr\u00e4ge an die Kunden betr\u00e4gt 26 Wochen. <\/p>\n<h2>Lange Vorlaufzeiten<\/h2>\n<p> Zu allem \u00dcberfluss brach im M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres ein Feuer beim japanischen Renesas aus, einem riesigen Hersteller, der sich auf so genannte &#8218;Legacy-Chips&#8216;, also Halbleiter einer \u00e4lteren Bauart, spezialisiert hat, die fast ausschlie\u00dflich im Automobilsektor verwendet werden. Und es erweist sich als schwierig, die Produktion wieder auf den Standard zu bringen: Renesas arbeitet Berichten zufolge immer noch nicht mit Vor-Corona-Kapazit\u00e4t. Und so summiert sich alles. Wir h\u00f6ren Ger\u00fcchte \u00fcber Verz\u00f6gerungen bei vielen Autoherstellern. Ford rechnet mit einem Produktionsr\u00fcckgang von 10 bis 20 % und arbeitet nur mit einer Grundauslastung. Infolgedessen verz\u00f6gern sich die Bestellungen f\u00fcr den Ford Focus um etwa einen Monat. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Volkswagen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Volkswagen <\/a>erwartet Auswirkungen auf die Fahrzeuge seiner MQB-Plattform, zu der der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Volkswagen%2CGolf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Golf<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Volkswagen%2CTiguan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tiguan geh\u00f6ren<\/a>. Nissan und Honda haben die Produktion in Gro\u00dfbritannien aufgrund von Lieferproblemen vorerst pausiert und Daimler sagt &#8211; vorsichtig &#8211; voraus, dass es in der Lage sein wird, das verlorene Volumen des ersten Quartals im Rest des Jahres auszugleichen. Nur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Toyota\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Toyota<\/a>, das sich einen Vorrat an Halbleitern f\u00fcr mehrere Monate im Voraus gesichert hat, ist zuversichtlich, dass die Produktion nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird. Probleme scheinen auch bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Hyundai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hyundai<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Kia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Polestar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polestar<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=MG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MG nicht auf der Tagesordnung zu stehen<\/a>. Schlie\u00dflich stellen die meisten dieser Marken viele ihrer Komponenten selbst her. Oder wie das Sprichwort \u201eWas man selbst macht, macht man besser&#8220; pl\u00f6tzlich auch in der Automobilindustrie zu gelten scheint. Immerhin: F\u00fcr einen neuen Dacia Spring m\u00fcssen Sie sich laut der deutschen Zeitschrift Auto, Motor &amp; Sport 12 Monate lang gedulden. Der BMW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=BMW%2Ci4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">i4<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=BMW%2CiX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iX<\/a> (beide 9 Monate) schneiden kaum besser ab, die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Mercedes-Benz%2CA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mercedes A-Klasse 250e<\/a> (die Plug-in-Hybridversion, Anm. d. Red.) braucht ein Jahr. Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Peugeot%2C3008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peugeot 3008<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?makesModels=Citro%C3%ABn%2CC4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Citro\u00ebn C4 Cactus haben<\/a> ebenfalls eine lange Wartezeit. Beide Modelle werden erst in 8 Monaten in Ihrer Einfahrt stehen. <\/p>\n<h2>Zu einer europ\u00e4ischen Halbleiterfabrik?<\/h2>\n<p> Wie k\u00f6nnen wir dies in Zukunft verhindern? Die naheliegendste L\u00f6sung ist, Halbleiter selbst herzustellen. Obwohl Europa immer noch viele Autofabriken hat, ist es bei der Produktion von Halbleitern immer noch sehr abh\u00e4ngig von Asien. Das wird sich zwar in Zukunft stark reduzieren, wenn es nach der Pr\u00e4sidentin der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, Ursula von der Leyen, geht. In ihrer Rede zur Lage der Union Anfang September war sie ehrgeizig: Europa muss f\u00fcr die Produktion dieser Teile selbst verantwortlich sein. \u201eDies ist nicht nur eine Frage der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit. Es ist auch eine Frage der technologischen Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t.\u201d \u201eHalbleiter sind ein unverzichtbarer Dreh- und Angelpunkt in der digitalen Wirtschaft, aber aufgrund ihrer Knappheit arbeiten ganze Produktionslinien in Europa bereits mit halber Kraft\u201d, erkl\u00e4rte von der Leyen. Die Nachfrage steigt enorm, aber gleichzeitig ist der Anteil Europas an der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette gesunken. \u201eWir sind auf fortschrittliche Chips aus Asien angewiesen\u201d, bemerkte sie. Deshalb will die Kommission ein neues europ\u00e4isches Gesetz \u00fcber Chips vorschlagen. \u201eDas Ziel ist es, gemeinsam ein fortschrittliches europ\u00e4isches \u00d6kosystem f\u00fcr Chips zu schaffen, das auch die Produktion umfasst. Dies sollte unsere Versorgungssicherheit gew\u00e4hrleisten und neue M\u00e4rkte f\u00fcr bahnbrechende europ\u00e4ische Technologie erschlie\u00dfen\u201d, sagte von der Leyen. <\/p>\n<h2>Und was ist mit Gebrauchtwagen?<\/h2>\n<p> Da die Leasinggesellschaften &#8211; notgedrungen &#8211; viele Leasingvertr\u00e4ge verl\u00e4ngern mussten, gibt es auf dem Gebrauchtwagenmarkt auch weniger Fahrzeuge mit auslaufenden Vertr\u00e4gen. Dies macht sich auch bei OPENLANE bemerkbar, wo der Zustrom von Fahrzeugen auf der Plattform geringer als normal ist. Aber schlie\u00dflich k\u00f6nnen diese Leasingfahrzeuge nicht unbegrenzt verl\u00e4ngert werden. Es ist also nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis sie auf den Markt kommen. Ein weiterer Faktor, der in den kommenden Jahren eine Rolle spielen wird, ist die Elektrifizierung der Flotte. Wird dies die Nachfrage nach Autos mit Verbrennungsmotoren verringern? Nicht laut Frank Van Gool, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Renta: \u201eDie gro\u00dfe Mehrheit unserer Autos mit Verbrennungsmotor geht heute noch ins Ausland, vor allem nach Osteuropa. Und wir glauben, dass dies noch ein paar Jahre so bleiben wird, weil sich der gr\u00fcne Trend dort langsamer
