Die Pl\u00e4ne streben die Integration von Elektrofahrzeugen an und beinhalten ein De-facto-Verkaufsverbot f\u00fcr neue Benzin- und Dieselfahrzeuge sowie f\u00fcr Hybride und Plug-in-Hybride (PHEV) ab 2035. Die Reduzierung der Fahrzeugemissionen durch strengere Ziele wird daher zu den Gesamtzielen beitragen. Die EU strebt die Kohlenstoffneutralit\u00e4t bis 2050 an und will die CO2-Emissionen im Vergleich zu 2021 um 15 % bis 2025 und um 55 % bis 2030 und um 100 % bis 2035 reduzieren. Das letztgenannte Ziel bedeutet, dass bis 2035 nur noch emissionsfreie Fahrzeuge, wie batterieelektrische Fahrzeuge (BEVs) und Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellenfahrzeuge (FCEVs), auf dem Neuwagenmarkt verf\u00fcgbar sein werden. <\/p>\n<h2>Zugest\u00e4ndnisse&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p> Die Pl\u00e4ne haben bei Autoherstellern und nationalen Regierungen einige Bedenken hervorgerufen. Daher wurden auf dem j\u00fcngsten Treffen der Minister und des Umweltrates einige Klauseln in die endg\u00fcltigen Pl\u00e4ne aufgenommen, in der Hoffnung, einige Parteien zu beruhigen. Die wichtigste Klausel ist ein neuer Absatz, in dem die Erforschung der M\u00f6glichkeiten von synthetischen Kraftstoffen oder E-Treibstoffen vorgeschlagen wird. In diesem Punkt leistete Deutschland harte Lobbyarbeit, unterst\u00fctzt von den Mitgliedstaaten, die die Vorschl\u00e4ge der Richtlinie 2035 in ihrer jetzigen Form nicht akzeptieren wollten. Die Kommission hat daher Artikel 9a eingef\u00fcgt, der besagt, dass sie einen Vorschlag f\u00fcr die Zulassung von Fahrzeugen, die ausschlie\u00dflich mit CO2-neutral betrieben werden, bis nach 2035 vorlegen wird. Die \u00fcberwiegende Mehrheit der Autohersteller wird wahrscheinlich die Technologie der Verbrennungsmotoren (ICE) auslaufen lassen, w\u00e4hrend sie Milliarden in emissionsfreie Autos investieren. Aber die Entwicklung von E-Treibstoffen k\u00f6nnte es einigen von ihnen erm\u00f6glichen, weiterhin neue Modelle mit Verbrennungsmotoren in M\u00e4rkten zu verkaufen, in denen die Infrastruktur fehlt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnten nachhaltig produzierte E-Treibstoffe dem Gebrauchtwagenmarkt zugute kommen, da die Fahrer ihre Fahrzeuge weiterfahren k\u00f6nnen, was wiederum ihren CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck verringert. <\/p>\n<h2>&#8230;und Anomalien<\/h2>\n<p> Die aktualisierten Pl\u00e4ne dehnen die Ausnahmen auch auf Automobilhersteller aus, die weniger als 10.000 Fahrzeuge pro Jahr produzieren. Derzeit sind diese Hersteller bis 2030 von den CO2-Zielen ausgenommen. Die neueste Version des Dokuments \u201eFit f\u00fcr 55\u201d enth\u00e4lt eine \u00c4nderung, die diese Frist um f\u00fcnf Jahre verl\u00e4ngert. Diese Bestimmung wurde von einigen als \u201eFerrari-\u00c4nderung\u201d bezeichnet, da sie f\u00fcr Sportwagenhersteller von besonderem Interesse ist und als Zugest\u00e4ndnis an Italien gesehen wird, die Heimat vieler Sportwagenhersteller, die dort ihren Ruf f\u00fcr Leistung und Design auf der Grundlage von Verbrennungsmotoren aufgebaut haben. Batterieelektrische Fahrzeuge (BEVs) sind bekannterma\u00dfen schwerer als ihre Benzin- und Diesel-Pendants, obwohl die Leistung von Standard-BEVs so beeindruckend sein kann wie die einiger Sportwagen. Die Verl\u00e4ngerung der Vereinbarung um f\u00fcnf Jahre erm\u00f6glicht es den Sportwagenherstellern, sich auf die Entwicklung der Leicht-Elektrotechnologie zu konzentrieren, ohne von den Zielen 2025 und 2030 abgelenkt zu werden. Die von den Ministern gebilligten Vorschl\u00e4ge werden dem Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament noch in diesem Jahr zur Diskussion vorgelegt. Es wird erwartet, dass das gesamte \u201eFit f\u00fcr 55\u201d Paket bis Ende 2022 verabschiedet wird.
