In other words, this document gives you permission to collect the car.\u00a0<\/span><strong>Without the pickup authorisation (PuA)<\/strong><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong>or release note, the vehicle cannot be picked up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>This procedure is in place to ensure your vehicle is not picked up by the wrong driver. Please inform the pickup location about the intended date and time of pickup. How long in advance you should do this is mentioned on the PuA or release note. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If, for some reason, your driver does not have the PuA or release note with them, you must:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1. Send the PuA with this information via email to the email address on the PuA.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>2.
