The German car dealer works mainly for clients from Italy, Bulgaria, Portugal, Austria and Germany, among others. He listens to their wishes and then sets out to find the perfect car. So I know exactly what I am buying. That&#8217;s very important, because I work to order and according to my customers&#8217; wishes. I can make a bid with a clear conscience, as the car always meets my expectations. And also those of the customer. His administration runs much more smoothly now. &#8220;I have tried several auction portals and they are usually too complicated.\u00a0OPENLANE is much more user-friendly. The customer service is also very helpful.\u00a0They do everything they can to help me.<\/p>\n<p>As Mr Vellecco imports and exports many cars, he fills out an international transport document (CMR waybill) for each vehicle. Without this document, he cannot take the car across the border. &#8220;In the past, the waybill always caused problems. I didn&#8217;t have all the data and could rarely fill out the document correctly. When I contacted the auction house, I never received a clear answer. Since my cooperation with OPENLANE, the transport runs smoothly. The customer service provides me with all the data and tells me exactly what to write down.
