We want to know about it! We have procedures in place to ensure your claim is handled fairly and quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Please read our claims policy. It has detailed information about how we process complaints. It also includes a list of elements that are excluded. You can find our claims policy in &#8216;My account&#8217; under &#8216;Claims&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If your complaint is something we cover in our claims policy, you can submit your claim directly in \u2018My claims\u2019:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Select \u2018Claims\u2019.<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select \u2018File a new claim\u2019.<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select the correct vehicle.<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Enter the claim details<span> and add any additional images\/videos or documents that support your claim.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>If you cannot find your vehicle in the \u2018claims\u2019 section, please send your claim and any additional supporting documents\/videos\/images directly to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:claims@openlane.eu\"><span>claims@openlane.eu<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span>Our claims department will analyse your claim and check whether your claim is valid based on our\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/en?page_id=3620\"><span>terms and conditions<\/span><\/a><span>. You will be informed directly via email from\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:claims@openlane.eu\"><span>claims@openlane.eu<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>You have five days to accept the outcome.
