Online auctions are the preferred way of buying for 84% of customers surveyed, which reveals a lot about the future of professional car trading\u2014and our favourable position in that landscape.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>71% of the survey respondents stated that they expect the sales of used cars to stabilise or increase in their country throughout 2023, with 67% predicting their own company\u2019s purchases to increase.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the simplicity of the platform and top-class customer service, buyer loyalty is also driven by ADESA\u2019s inspection options, fair prices, reasonable transport rates and fees and the speediness of the process.
