Un CMR es una nota de env\u00edo, el documento preparado por la empresa que le entrega el veh\u00edculo; es decir la empresa de transporte externa. Usted debe firmar el documento para probar que recibi\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Tres copias <\/strong>
\nHay tres copias del CMR: el comprobante de recibo, que se devuelve al remitente (por ejemplo: OPENLANE), la prueba de entrega, que va al transportista (la empresa de transporte) y la tercera copia, que va al destinatario, usted.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u2022 El destino final del veh\u00edculo (es decir donde la empresa de transporte est\u00e1 entregando el veh\u00edculo)<\/td>\nn.\u00ba 4<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

: Siempre revise sus CMR antes de enviarlos. Aqu\u00ed puede ver un formulario <\/span>CMR correctamente sellado, firmado y cumplimentado<\/span><\/a> y un\u00a0<\/span>CMR con 24 campos<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>No hay un formato establecido para un CMR, por lo que los n\u00fameros de las casillas pueden variar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tenga en cuenta <\/strong>que no <\/span>\u00a0<\/em>aceptamos<\/span>\u00a0\u00abInternacional\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>o \u00abPor confirmar\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>como destino final. Cuando reciba el veh\u00edculo, es responsabilidad del transportista (es decir la empresa de transporte) asegurarse de que el CMR sea correcto y de que el estado del veh\u00edculo se registre con precisi\u00f3n. El resultado de estos controles debe incluirse en el CMR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Legalidad<\/strong>
\nEsto es todo lo que se requiere en virtud del Art\u00edculo 5 y el Art\u00edculo 6 del<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Convenio relativo al contrato de transporte internacional de mercanc\u00edas por carretera (CMR) (Ginebra, 19 de mayo de 1956)<\/a>\u00a0y el Protocolo de 1978.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a1Recuerde! <\/strong>
\nYa no es necesario subir el CMR cuando solicite transporte a su puerta. En todos los dem\u00e1s casos, \u00a1todav\u00eda debe hacerlo! <\/span>No se<\/span><\/span>\u00a0pueden recoger coches espa\u00f1oles e italianos en persona<\/strong>.
