Es simple. S\u00f3lo siga estos sencillos pasos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 1: <\/strong><br \/>\nInicie sesi\u00f3n en \u2018Mi cuenta\u2019 y pulse en \u2018Subir Documentaci\u00f3n\u2019. Luego seleccione el veh\u00edculo para el que desea cargar el CMR o CoD. Indique si desea subir un CoD o un CMR, y cargue el archivo. <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">OPENLANE verificar\u00e1 el CMR o CoD final, lo aprobar\u00e1 y le enviar\u00e1 los documentos del veh\u00edculo por mensajer\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Importante:\u00a0<\/strong>Si carga el CMR\/CoD final correcto\u00a0<strong>antes de las 12:00 h<\/strong> y es aprobado por nuestra administraci\u00f3n, si los documentos del coche est\u00e1n disponibles se le enviar\u00e1n el mismo d\u00eda. El n\u00famero de seguimiento estar\u00e1 disponible en l\u00ednea en la p\u00e1gina &#8216;Mi cuenta&#8217; despu\u00e9s de las 17:30h CET. <strong>Solo suba el CMR final<\/strong> que cubre la entrega desde el punto de recogida a su direcci\u00f3n de entrega o el <strong>Certificado de entrega (CoD) junto con la tarjeta de identificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> correctamente rellenada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Paso 2: <\/strong><br \/>\nCuando haya recibido sus documentos recuerde confirmar la recepci\u00f3n. Esto es vital para cerrar con \u00e9xito la venta. \u00a1Afortunadamente, es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer! Inicie sesi\u00f3n en &#8216;Mi cuenta&#8217; de nuevo. En &#8216;Pedidos&#8217;, busque su veh\u00edculo y confirme que ha recibido la documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota:\u00a0<\/strong>Tenga en cuenta que adaptaremos el procedimiento anterior si es necesario; por ejemplo, si necesitamos cumplir con la legislaci\u00f3n local o en caso de exportaci\u00f3n fuera de la UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el caso de que se incurran en tarifas por recogida tard\u00eda, los documentos del coche no se liberar\u00e1n hasta que se hayan pagado por completo las tarifas de estacionamiento.<\/strong>\u202fDe acuerdo con nuestros\u202f<a href=\"\/es?page_id=3620&amp;tab=transport-and-delivery-of-vehicles-and-vehicle-documents\">T\u00e9rminos y condiciones<\/a>\u202f(p\u00e1rrafo 7.3.3), cuando reciba la autorizaci\u00f3n de recogida de su veh\u00edculo, tendr\u00e1 dos semanas para recoger el mismo. Si el veh\u00edculo no se recoge en esas dos semanas, se le cobrar\u00e1 una tarifa de administraci\u00f3n de 50 EUR, m\u00e1s hasta 5 EUR por d\u00eda hasta que se recoja el veh\u00edculo. Recibir\u00e1 una proforma por estas tarifas de estacionamiento una vez que el coche haya sido recogido, y los documentos del mismo se retendr\u00e1n hasta que se pague la factura.
