Cada vez que se vende un veh\u00edculo sujeto a BPM, el resto del impuesto BPM se cobra al nuevo propietario.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando este veh\u00edculo se vende a un pa\u00eds extranjero, el \u00faltimo propietario (en este caso OPENLANE Pa\u00edses Bajos) tiene derecho a obtener un reembolso del resto de este impuesto, siempre que pueda presentar un registro extranjero a las autoridades fiscales holandesas como prueba de exportaci\u00f3n.
