El procedimiento difiere seg\u00fan si el veh\u00edculo es un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>veh\u00edculo de margen<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>o si el IVA est\u00e1 excluido:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Veh\u00edculos de margen<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 1: P\u00f3ngase en contacto con la Agencia Tributaria<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Localice la oficina de la Agencia Tributaria correspondiente a su regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Solicite una cita para desbloquear el n\u00famero de chasis por tel\u00e9fono o en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 2: Prepare los documentos necesarios En su cita, presente lo siguiente:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Matr\u00edcula original Documento: Comprobante de propiedad del pa\u00eds de origen.<\/li>\n<li>Factura de compra: Detalles del veh\u00edculo y precio.<\/li>\n<li>Comprobante de pago: Evidencia de pago (p. ej., recibo de transferencia bancaria).<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de margen: Proporcionado por Openlane, confirmando que el veh\u00edculo se vendi\u00f3 bajo el esquema de margen (r\u00e9gimen de IVA espec\u00edfico).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 3: Proporcionar documentos adicionales si se solicitan<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>La Agencia Tributaria puede solicitar m\u00e1s documentos (p. ej., despacho de aduana, Certificado de conformidad).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 4: Asistir Cita previa<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Presente todos los documentos y la Agencia Tributaria desbloquear\u00e1 el n\u00famero de chasis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 5: Complete el registro del veh\u00edculo<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Registre el veh\u00edculo en la Motorizzazione Civile (autoridad de veh\u00edculos a motor), pague los impuestos y obtenga las placas y el seguro italianos.<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><br \/>\nVeh\u00edculos sin IVA<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Gu\u00eda para la importaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos extranjeros a Italia (Veh\u00edculos sin IVA)<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Paso 1: Realizar el pago del IVA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calcule el IVA a pagar por el veh\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<li>Pague el IVA utilizando el formulario F24. Complete el pago mediante transferencia bancaria u otros m\u00e9todos aceptados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 2: Solicite el recibo del CED<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presente los siguientes documentos a su Agencia Tributaria local para solicitar el recibo del CED:<\/li>\n<li>Factura de compra: la factura original que detalla la compra del veh\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<li>Formulario F24 y comprobante de pago: formulario F24 completo y comprobante del pago del IVA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>Paso 3: Verifique si el chasis est\u00e1 bloqueado durante el registro<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Si el chasis del veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 bloqueado al intentar registrarlo, verifique su caj\u00f3n fiscal (Cassetto Fiscale) en el portal en l\u00ednea de la Agencia Tributaria.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Paso 4: Resolver el bloqueo del chasis (solo es necesario si est\u00e1 bloqueado)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Si el chasis no coincide o muestra un pago insuficiente, comun\u00edquese con la Agencia Tributaria para solicitar el desbloqueo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Paso 5: Completar el registro<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Una vez desbloqueado, proceda con el registro del veh\u00edculo a trav\u00e9s de la Motorizzazione Civile, incluido el pago de otras tarifas y la obtenci\u00f3n de matr\u00edculas italianas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con los nuevos cambios en la facturaci\u00f3n, los clientes italianos con IVA vinculado a\u00a0VIES\u00a0ahora ser\u00e1n responsables del proceso de importaci\u00f3n y del pago del IVA.
