Me un\u00ed al equipo como desarrollador s\u00e9nior y contribu\u00ed a las soluciones OEM Entregado desde el Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<h2>Cu\u00e9ntenos sobre su evoluci\u00f3n profesional en OPENLANE UK.<\/h2>\n<p>Poco despu\u00e9s de incorporarme, me convert\u00ed en Scrum Master de ese equipo de entrega del Reino Unido, donde contribuimos a varios proyectos importantes. El mayor desaf\u00edo fue migrar nuestra soluci\u00f3n local a una soluci\u00f3n en la nube. Durante este per\u00edodo, tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con todo tipo de personas como parte del equipo internacional. Luego surgi\u00f3 la oportunidad de convertirme en Gerente de Ingenier\u00eda Global para el equipo internacional, donde ahora tengo la oportunidad de contribuir, influir y liderar las pr\u00e1cticas de ingenier\u00eda para nuestra plataforma de mercado.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el aspecto m\u00e1s gratificante de su puesto actual?<\/h2>\n<p>Lo que encuentro m\u00e1s gratificante es poder conectar a diferentes personas para lograr el mismo objetivo; no hay dos personas en el equipo internacional que tengan la misma experiencia y conocerlas es incre\u00edble. Me siento honrado de estar en una posici\u00f3n desde la que puedo entrenarlos y orientarlos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo le dar\u00edas a alguien que comienza su carrera en OPENLANE UK?<\/h2>\n<p>Mi consejo para cualquiera que comience en OPENLANE UK es, en primer lugar, saber que pedir ayuda no es una debilidad. Hay un gran equipo a tu alrededor que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s que dispuesto a ayudarte.
