<\/div><\/div>Les documents du v\u00e9hicule vous seront envoy\u00e9s par service de messagerie apr\u00e8s l’arriv\u00e9e du v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 destination et apr\u00e8s que vous ayez t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 le <\/span>CoD d\u00fbment rempli,<\/a> et une copie de la carte d’identit\u00e9 du chauffeur ou du <\/span>CMR<\/a><\/span>\u00a0dans <\/span>\u00ab\u00a0Mon compte\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vous n’avez plus besoin de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le formulaire CMR lorsque vous commandez un transport jusqu’\u00e0 chez vous.<\/strong> Dans tous les autres cas, vous devrez toujours le t\u00e9l\u00e9charger ! Comment t\u00e9l\u00e9charger ces fichiers ? Rien de plus simple. Il vous suffit de suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n

\u00c9tape 1 :
<\/strong>Connectez-vous \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Mon compte\u00a0\u00bb et cliquez sur \u00ab\u00a0T\u00e9l\u00e9charger des documents\u00a0\u00bb. S\u00e9lectionnez ensuite le v\u00e9hicule dont vous souhaitez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le CMR ou le CoD. Indiquez si vous souhaitez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger un CoD ou un CMR puis t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le fichier. OPENLANE v\u00e9rifiera le CMR ou CoD final, l’approuvera et vous enverra les documents du v\u00e9hicule par service de messagerie.<\/span> Important :\u00a0<\/strong>si vous t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le CMR\/CoD final correct\u00a0avant 12h00,<\/strong> si ce dernier est approuv\u00e9 par notre administration et si les documents du v\u00e9hicule sont disponibles, ils vous seront envoy\u00e9s le m\u00eame jour.\u00a0Le num\u00e9ro de suivi sera disponible en ligne sur la page \u00ab\u00a0Mon compte\u00a0\u00bb apr\u00e8s 17h30 CET.\u00a0Veuillez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger\u00a0uniquement le CMR final<\/strong> qui couvre la livraison depuis le point d’enl\u00e8vement jusqu’\u00e0 votre adresse de livraison OU le\u00a0 certificat de livraison (CoD) accompagn\u00e9 de la carte d’identit\u00e9<\/strong> et correctement rempli.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tape 2 :
<\/strong>Lorsque vous aurez re\u00e7u vos documents, n’oubliez pas d’en confirmer la r\u00e9ception. Ceci est essentiel pour conclure la vente avec succ\u00e8s. Heureusement, cela est tr\u00e8s facile ! Il vous suffit de vous connecter \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Mon compte\u00a0\u00bb. Dans la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0Commandes\u00a0\u00bb, recherchez votre v\u00e9hicule et confirmez que vous avez re\u00e7u les documents.<\/p>\n

Note :\u00a0<\/strong>Veuillez noter que nous adaptons la proc\u00e9dure ci-dessus chaque fois que cela est n\u00e9cessaire, par exemple afin de respecter la l\u00e9gislation locale ou en cas d’exportation en dehors de l’UE.<\/p>\n

Lorsque des frais sont dus en raison d’un enl\u00e8vement tardif, les documents du v\u00e9hicule ne sont d\u00e9livr\u00e9s qu’apr\u00e8s paiement int\u00e9gral des frais de stationnement.<\/strong>\u202fConform\u00e9ment \u00e0 nos\u202fConditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/a>\u202f(paragraphe 7.3.3), lorsque vous recevez votre autorisation d’enl\u00e8vement du v\u00e9hicule, vous disposez d’un d\u00e9lai de deux semaines pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le v\u00e9hicule. Si le v\u00e9hicule n’est pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 au cours de ces deux semaines, des frais administratifs de 50 EUR vous seront factur\u00e9s, auxquels s’ajouteront jusqu’\u00e0 5 EUR par jour jusqu’\u00e0 l’enl\u00e8vement du v\u00e9hicule. Vous recevrez une facture pro forma pour ces frais de stationnement apr\u00e8s l’enl\u00e8vement du v\u00e9hicule, et les documents du v\u00e9hicule seront conserv\u00e9s jusqu’au paiement de la facture.
