<\/div><\/div>Dans ce cas, un certificat de conformit\u00e9 (COC) est un document qui d\u00e9clare que votre v\u00e9hicule est conforme aux normes europ\u00e9ennes et qu’il est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 circuler librement dans l’Union europ\u00e9enne. Dans le COC, le constructeur d\u00e9clare que le v\u00e9hicule satisfait aux normes et exigences fix\u00e9es par l’Union Europ\u00e9enne. Ce certificat identifie le v\u00e9hicule et le constructeur, le num\u00e9ro d’homologation du type de v\u00e9hicule, les sp\u00e9cifications techniques et d’autres donn\u00e9es. Le contenu exact du COC est d\u00e9fini par la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne (amendement IX, r\u00e8glement 92\/53).<\/p>\n

Seuls certains motocycles, tracteurs et v\u00e9hicules de tourisme peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un COC. Les v\u00e9hicules qui ne satisfont pas aux sp\u00e9cifications de l’UE (par exemple, les v\u00e9hicules fabriqu\u00e9s pour les march\u00e9s am\u00e9ricain ou japonais) et les v\u00e9hicules plus anciens n’ayant pas encore re\u00e7u l’homologation de l’UE ne peuvent pas faire l’objet de COC. Les v\u00e9hicules transform\u00e9s ne peuvent pas non plus recevoir de COC.\u00a0Dans ces cas de figure, nous ne fournissons pas de COC.
