Les vendeurs disposent alors de 24 heures pour envoyer l&rsquo;une des trois r\u00e9ponses suivantes via le portail OPENLANE Sell* :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Accepter l&rsquo;offre<\/strong>\u2013 Cela signifie que le v\u00e9hicule est vendu au plus offrant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refuser l&rsquo;offre<\/strong>\u2013 cela signifie que le v\u00e9hicule n&rsquo;est pas vendu et que le plus offrant n&rsquo;est pas retenu. Le vendeur peut alors remettre le v\u00e9hicule aux ench\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faire une contre-offre<\/strong>\u2013 Le vendeur propose un nouveau prix \u00e0 l&rsquo;acheteur. Ce prix doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre gagnante initiale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si le vendeur choisit de faire une contre-offre, un nouveau d\u00e9lai de 24 heures commence \u00e0 courir. Au cours de ce d\u00e9lai de n\u00e9gociation de 24 heures, l&rsquo;acheteur et le vendeur doivent se mettre d&rsquo;accord sur un nouveau prix. S&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;y parviennent pas, la derni\u00e8re offre sera \u00e0 nouveau disponible pendant 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;acheteur re\u00e7oit une contre-offre, il a quatre possibilit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Accepter l&rsquo;offre<\/strong>\u2013 cela signifie que l&rsquo;acheteur accepte d&rsquo;acheter le v\u00e9hicule au prix indiqu\u00e9 dans la contre-offre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Envoyer une nouvelle contre-offre<\/strong>\u2013 le vendeur a alors la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;accepter ou de refuser l&rsquo;offre, ou de faire une nouvelle contre-offre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S&rsquo;en tenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre initiale<\/strong>\u2013 de cette mani\u00e8re, l&rsquo;acheteur indique au vendeur qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 payer plus que son offre la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le vendeur peut alors accepter ou refuser l&rsquo;offre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abandonner la n\u00e9gociation<\/strong>\u2013 l&rsquo;acheteur choisit de se retirer, le v\u00e9hicule n&rsquo;est pas vendu et le vendeur est libre de la remettre aux ench\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les acheteurs et les vendeurs peuvent s&rsquo;envoyer des contre-offres jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin du d\u00e9lai de n\u00e9gociation de 24 heures.
