Postoji nekoliko razloga zbog kojih je va\u0161 ra\u010dun mo\u017eda blokiran:<\/p>\n

  1. Jo\u0161 niste postali Provjereni Kupac. Prijavite se na svoj ra\u010dun i pokrenite postupak verifikacije.<\/li>\n
  2. \u010cini se da e-mail adresa ili PDV broj va\u0161e tvrtke nisu valjani.<\/li>\n
  3. Korisni\u010dka slu\u017eba opozvala je va\u0161e pravo kori\u0161tenja ra\u010duna zbog razloga kao \u0161to su nedostaju\u0107i zavr\u0161ni dokumenti o isporuci, nepo\u017eeljno pona\u0161anje, otkazana vozila, neprofesionalna komunikacija ili pona\u0161anje i sli\u010dno.<\/li>\n
  4. Va\u0161a uplata kasni. Postupak pla\u0107anja razlikuje se ovisno o lokaciji.<\/li>\n
  5. Za tvrtke iz Bjelorusije, Ukrajine ili Rusije licitiranje i kupnja vozila putem OPENLANE-a ne\u0107e biti mogu\u0107i do daljnjega. Vi\u0161e ne mo\u017eemo jam\u010diti nesmetanu uslugu za te zemlje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ako kasnite vi\u0161e od \u010detiri dana s uplatom za svoje vozilo, primit \u0107ete automatski prijateljski podsjetnik. Ako puna uplata ne bude zaprimljena u roku od \u0161est dana, sustav \u0107e vam automatski onemogu\u0107iti sudjelovanje u drugim dra\u017ebama dok na\u0161a banka ne potvrdi uplatu.
