Prodava\u010di tada imaju 24 sati da po\u0161alju jedan od tri odgovora putem portala OPENLANE Sell*:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><strong>Prihvat ponude <\/strong>\u2013 To zna\u010di da je automobil prodan onom koji ponudi najvi\u0161e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><strong>Odbijanje ponude <\/strong>\u2013 To zna\u010di da automobil nije prodan i kupac sa najvi\u0161om ponudom gubi kupnju. Prodavatelj tada mo\u017ee ponovno ponuditi automobil na aukciji.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><strong>Davanje protuponude <\/strong>\u2013 Prodava\u010d kupcu predla\u017ee novu cijenu. Nova cijena mora biti vi\u0161a od po\u010detne pobjedni\u010dke ponude.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ako prodavatelj odlu\u010di dati protuponudu, po\u010dinje novi prozor od 24 sata. Tijekom tog 24-satnog razdoblja pregovora, kupac i prodavatelj moraju se dogovoriti o novoj cijeni. <span>Ako se to ne dogodi, posljednja ponuda bit \u0107e dostupna jo\u0161 24 sata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kada kupac primi protuponudu, ima \u010detiri opcije:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prihvati ponudu\u00a0<\/strong><span><\/span>\u2013 To zna\u010di da se kupac sla\u017ee kupiti automobil po cijeni navedenoj u protuponudi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Po\u0161alje novu protuponudu <\/strong><span><\/span>\u2013 Prodavatelj \u0107e tada imati priliku prihvatiti ili odbiti ponudu ili poslati novu vlastitu protuponudu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inzistira na izvornoj ponudi <\/strong>\u2013 Ovo prodavatelju daje do znanja da kupac nije voljan platiti vi\u0161e od njegove najve\u0107e ponude. Prodavatelj tada mo\u017ee prihvatiti ili odbiti ponudu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Odustaje od pregovora <\/strong><span><\/span>\u2013 Kupac odlu\u010di odustati, automobil se ne prodaje i prodavatelj ga ima mogu\u0107nost ponovno prodati na aukciji.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kupci i prodavatelji mogu jedni drugima slati protuponude do isteka 24-satnog pregovara\u010dkog razdoblja.
