Kada se ovo vozilo proda u inozemstvo, posljednji vlasnik (u ovom slu\u010daju OPENLANE Nizozemska) ima pravo na povrat ostatka iznosa ovog poreza pod uvjetom da mo\u017ee predo\u010diti inozemnu registraciju nizozemskim poreznim vlastima kao dokaz izvoza.
