U Potvrdi o sukladnosti proizvo\u0111a\u010d izjavljuje da vozilo zadovoljava standarde i zahtjeve koje je postavila Europska komisija. Potvrda identificira vozilo i proizvo\u0111a\u010da, homologacijski broj, tehni\u010dke specifikacije i druge podatke. \u0160to to\u010dno Potvrda o sukladnosti treba sadr\u017eavati odre\u0111eno je uredbom EU (Amandman IX, Uredba 92\/53).<\/p>\n<p>COC se odnosi samo na odre\u0111ene motocikle, traktore i osobna vozila. Vozila koja nemaju EU specifikaciju (npr. vozila proizvedena za ameri\u010dko ili japansko tr\u017ei\u0161te) i starija vozila koja jo\u0161 nisu dobila EC homologaciju tipa nisu prikladna za COC. COC se tako\u0111er ne mo\u017ee izdati preina\u010denim vozilima. U tim slu\u010dajevima ne dajemo Potvrdu o sukladnosti.
