Una CMR \u00e8 una lettera di vettura. Si tratta del documento redatto dall’azienda che ti consegna il veicolo, ossia l’azienda di trasporto esterna. Devi firmare il documento per dimostrare di aver ricevuto il veicolo.<\/p>\n

Tre copie <\/strong>
\nEsistono tre copie del CMR: la prova di ricezione, che viene restituita al mittente (ad esempio: OPENLANE), la prova di consegna, che va al vettore (l’azienda di trasporto) e la terza copia va al destinatario, ossia tu.<\/p>\n

Per essere incluso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Il CMR deve includere:<\/strong><\/td>\nDove? <\/strong>(vedi esempio)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 Il nome e l’indirizzo del mittente. (In questo caso si tratta di OPENLANE)<\/td>\nn. 1<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 Il nome e l’indirizzo del destinatario (secondo la fattura). In qualit\u00e0 di acquirente, questa \u00e8 la tua azienda.<\/td>\nn. 2<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 L’indirizzo in cui \u00e8 stata ritirata la merce, nonch\u00e9 la data (+ un timbro del parcheggio).<\/td>\nn. 3<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 La destinazione finale del veicolo. (Ossia il luogo in cui l’azienda di trasporto consegna il veicolo)<\/td>\nn. 4<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 Il nome e l’indirizzo del vettore e la targa dell’autocarro su cui verr\u00e0 trasportato il veicolo.<\/td>\nn. 5<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 La marca, il modello, il numero di telaio e la targa del veicolo.<\/td>\nn. 10<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 Questo campo \u00e8 dedicato all’azienda di trasporto. Controlla che la data sia stata compilata.<\/td>\nn. 12<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 La data del ritiro e il timbro della localit\u00e0 di ritiro<\/td>\nn. 14<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0 \u2022 Il timbro dell’azienda di trasporto, la targa del camion e la firma dell’autista.<\/td>\nn. 15<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Controlla sempre i tuoi CMR prima di inviarli. Puoi vedere un modulo\u00a0<\/span>CMR correttamente timbrato, firmato e compilato<\/span><\/a> e un\u00a0<\/span>CMR con i 24 campi<\/a> qui.\u00a0<\/span>Non esiste un formato fisso per un CMR, quindi i numeri delle caselle possono variare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nota bene: non <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>accettiamo<\/span>\u00a0“Internazionale”\u00a0<\/em>o “Da confermare”\u00a0<\/em>come destinazione finale. Quando ricevi il veicolo, \u00e8 responsabilit\u00e0 del trasportatore (cio\u00e8 dell’azienda di trasporto) assicurarsi che il CMR sia corretto e che le condizioni del veicolo siano registrate con precisione. Il risultato di questi controlli deve essere incluso nel CMR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Legale <\/strong>
\nQuanto segue \u00e8 richiesto dall’Articolo 5 e dall’Articolo 6 della<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Convenzione sul Contratto per il Trasporto Internazionale di Merci su Strada (CMR) (Ginevra 19 maggio 1956)<\/a>, e dal supplemento al Protocollo 1978.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ricorda! <\/strong>
\nNon \u00e8 pi\u00f9 necessario caricare il CMR quando ordini il trasporto a domicilio. In tutti gli altri casi, devi comunque caricarlo! <\/span>Non \u00e8<\/span><\/span>\u00a0possibile ritirare di persona le auto spagnole e italiane<\/strong>. Devono essere ritirate da un’azienda di trasporti, poich\u00e9 \u00e8 necessario un CMR di trasporto ufficiale da parte del venditore per disiscrivere queste auto e rilasciare i documenti originali dell’auto.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
