Tuttavia, come per molti aspetti della societ\u00e0, il Covid \u00e8 stato un fattore di accelerazione per molti aspetti. Nella situazione attuale,&#x00a0;<strong>la volatilit\u00e0 dei mercati europei non \u00e8 mai stata cos\u00ec elevata<\/strong>, creando un&#8217;ampia gamma di opportunit\u00e0 per acquirenti e venditori, se entrambi utilizzano gli strumenti giusti. Per questa analisi, abbiamo studiato i veicoli messi all&#8217;asta da OPENLANE negli ultimi novembre, dicembre e gennaio. Per ciascuna di queste auto, abbiamo calcolato il loro valore di mercato (prezzo al consumo) e il tempo di vendita (giorni medi di giacenza) utilizzando come riferimento Gocar Data, la pi\u00f9 grande piattaforma di osservazione del mercato in Europa. Poich\u00e9 ci concentriamo sulle auto messe all&#8217;asta da OPENLANE, questa non \u00e8 un&#8217;analisi di mercato completa, ma \u00e8 una copertura esaustiva dei veicoli presenti sulla piattaforma. Si tratta di vendite transfrontaliere tipiche, che rendono questo approccio rilevante per la nostra attivit\u00e0. <\/p>\n<h2>Una visione panoramica del mercato europeo<\/h2>\n<p> Le tabelle seguenti mostrano la performance di ciascun paese rispetto alla media europea. Abbiamo evidenziato in blu i paesi per i quali il valore medio di mercato \u00e8 superiore al prezzo complessivo. E in verde, abbiamo identificato le marche in cui il valore, ma anche il tempo di vendita, stanno performando meglio rispetto al resto dei paesi. A prima vista, vediamo che i 3 Paesi pi\u00f9 &#8220;popolari&#8221; sono, per gli ultimi 3 mesi, Francia, Austria e Portogallo. Questi ultimi due sono di gran lunga pi\u00f9 performanti per le nostre marche principali. Pi\u00f9 precisamente, l&#8217;Austria ha un buon tempo di vendita (meno giorni di borsa), mentre il Portogallo supera l&#8217;Europa per il valore di mercato. Tuttavia, questo non significa che dobbiamo concentrarci solo su questi 2 mercati. Come vedremo pi\u00f9 avanti, la situazione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 sfumata se scaviamo pi\u00f9 a fondo nell&#8217;analisi. Inoltre, poich\u00e9 quei 2 paesi hanno un mercato locale piuttosto limitato a causa delle dimensioni del paese, non saranno in grado di assorbire tutti i volumi provenienti da tutta Europa. Uno degli insegnamenti principali di questa tabella mensile \u00e8 la volatilit\u00e0. Solo per fare un esempio, il Belgio ha sovraperformato in Europa per Toyota nel mese di novembre, ma non nei 2 mesi successivi. Ad esempio, quando ci concentriamo sui diversi modelli all&#8217;interno di una marca, vediamo chiare differenze nella classifica dei paesi per il pi\u00f9 alto valore di mercato. La BMW mostra un profilo interessante per questa analisi. La posizione del Portogallo come paese pi\u00f9 alto rimane corretta, ma vediamo che per la serie X (X1 e X3 in questa top 10), i Paesi Bassi offrono un valore di mercato per i clienti ancora pi\u00f9 alto. Il Portogallo non \u00e8 nemmeno nella top 3 per la X3. Ma vediamo anche una variazione mese dopo mese. Analizzando la gamma di modelli Mercedes, possiamo notare i cambiamenti. Solo un esempio: per la Classe E Break, l&#8217;Austria era in testa alla classifica per dicembre e gennaio, ma era solo in terza posizione a novembre.
