Ma chi ha effettivamente ragione? Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che l&#8217;Europa voleva sapere, ed \u00e8 per questo che l&#8217;Agenzia Europea dell&#8217;Ambiente (AEA) ha realizzato uno studio approfondito per la Commissione Europea. Il risultato: un ampio lavoro di 80 pagine che mostra la Valutazione del Ciclo di Vita (LCA) di tutti i tipi di veicoli elettrici e la confronta con quelli con motore a combustione.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Prendiamo il dibattito sulla CO2 per quello che \u00e8 &#8211; non si pu\u00f2 negare che le auto elettriche saranno sempre migliori per la salute pubblica a livello locale. Non emettono alcuna emissione, tranne le polveri sottili dei pneumatici e delle pastiglie dei freni. Tuttavia, se si considera una visione pi\u00f9 ampia &#8211; e la CO2 diventa un fattore importante &#8211; c&#8217;\u00e8 ancora una grande discussione sull&#8217;impronta ecologica totale delle auto elettriche e delle loro batterie. Gli scettici parlano della produzione inquinante delle batterie, dell&#8217;estrazione di materie prime in aree di conflitto, pongono domande sul riciclaggio delle batterie e poi c&#8217;\u00e8 la questione della produzione di elettricit\u00e0. Perch\u00e9 collegare un&#8217;auto elettrica a una rete che utilizza il carbone per la produzione di energia &#8230; Beh, questo non fa che spostare il problema.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_3-1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<h2>Meno gas serra e c&#8217;\u00e8 ancora margine&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p> In questo studio, l&#8217;AEA ha svolto un lavoro approfondito e il rapporto traccia le varie fasi dei veicoli elettrici: materie prime, produzione, utilizzo e fine vita (cio\u00e8 il riciclaggio). La definizione di veicoli elettrici \u00e8 stata utilizzata nel modo pi\u00f9 ampio possibile: veicoli elettrici a batteria (BEV), veicoli elettrici ibridi plug-in (PHEV), veicoli elettrici ad autonomia estesa (REEV), veicoli elettrici ibridi (HEV) e veicoli elettrici a celle a combustibile (FCEV). Una delle prime scoperte \u00e8 che la produzione di veicoli elettrici genera da 1,3 a 2 volte pi\u00f9 gas serra rispetto alle auto con motore a combustione. Tuttavia, i veicoli elettrici compensano pi\u00f9 che bene su strada. Sulla base del mix elettrico europeo (una media di tutte le forme di generazione di energia), l&#8217;auto elettrica emette tra il 17% e il 21% in meno di gas serra delle auto diesel e tra il26% e il 30% in meno delle auto a benzina. La conclusione del rapporto \u00e8 quindi chiara: anche nell&#8217;attuale contesto di produzione energetica, l&#8217;utilizzo di auto elettriche \u00e8 sempre vantaggioso. Le batterie possono anche contenere sostanze tossiche. Lo studio si \u00e8 basato sulla tecnologia della batteria attualmente utilizzata in modo prevalente sul mercato, vale a dire batterie agli ioni di litio. Con lo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie (litio-ossigeno, ioni di sodio o alluminio, ecc.), in futuro si potrebbe ridurre ulteriormente l&#8217;impatto ambientale delle auto elettriche. Contiene certamente cifre che mettono in buona luce l&#8217;auto elettrica. D&#8217;altra parte, questo studio rimane anche piuttosto vago su una serie di questioni non trascurabili. Il Mix elettrico europeo \u00e8 uno di questi. Paesi importanti come la Germania si affidano ancora alle centrali elettriche a carbone per le loro forniture energetiche, il che rende le auto elettriche molto meno favorevoli. Se le auto elettriche devono sviluppare il loro pieno potenziale, ci\u00f2 sar\u00e0 possibile solo nel contesto della produzione di energia verde. Leggiamo anche raccomandazioni sul riciclaggio, ma non sull&#8217;entit\u00e0 del riciclaggio o su come affrontare il problema. Lo studio definitivo?
