La riduzione delle emissioni dei veicoli attraverso obiettivi pi\u00f9 severi contribuir\u00e0 quindi agli obiettivi generali. L&#8217;UE mira alla neutralit\u00e0 del carbonio entro il 2050, riducendo le emissioni di CO2 rispetto al 2021 del 15% , entro il 2025, del 55% entro il 2030 e del 100% entro il 2035. Quest&#8217;ultimo obiettivo implica che entro il 2035 solo i veicoli a emissioni zero, come i veicoli elettrici a batteria (BEV) e i veicoli a celle a combustibile a idrogeno (FCEV), saranno disponibili nel mercato delle auto nuove. <\/p>\n<h2>Concessioni&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p> I piani hanno sollevato alcune preoccupazioni tra le case automobilistiche e i governi nazionali. Di conseguenza, durante la recente riunione dei ministri e del Consiglio per l&#8217;Ambiente, sono state inserite alcune clausole nei piani finali, nella speranza di rassicurare alcune parti. La clausola pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 un nuovo paragrafo che propone la ricerca sulle possibilit\u00e0 dei carburanti sintetici, o e-fuel. Su questo punto, la Germania ha esercitato una forte pressione, sostenuta dagli Stati membri che non volevano accettare le proposte della Direttiva 2035 nella loro forma attuale. La Commissione ha quindi inserito l&#8217;articolo 9a, che stabilisce che presenter\u00e0 una proposta per l&#8217;immatricolazione di veicoli che funzionano esclusivamente con i carburanti di CO2-neutral dopo il 2035. La maggior parte delle case automobilistiche probabilmente abbandoner\u00e0 la tecnologia del motore a combustione interna (ICE), mentre investir\u00e0 miliardi in auto a emissioni zero. Ma lo sviluppo dei carburanti elettronici potrebbe consentire ad alcuni di loro di continuare a vendere nuovi modelli ICE nei mercati in cui manca l&#8217;infrastruttura. Inoltre, i carburanti elettronici prodotti in modo sostenibile potrebbero favorire il mercato delle auto usate, in quanto i conducenti possono continuare a guidare i loro veicoli, riducendo cos\u00ec l&#8217;impronta di carbonio. <\/p>\n<h2>&#8230;e anomalie<\/h2>\n<p> I piani aggiornati estendono inoltre le esenzioni alle case automobilistiche che producono meno di 10.000 veicoli all&#8217;anno. Attualmente, questi produttori sono esenti dagli obiettivi di CO2 fino al 2030. L&#8217;ultima versione del documento &#8220;Fit for 55&#8221; include un emendamento che estende questa scadenza di cinque anni. Questa disposizione \u00e8 stata soprannominata da alcuni &#8220;emendamento Ferrari&#8221;, in quanto \u00e8 di particolare interesse per i produttori di auto sportive ed \u00e8 vista come una concessione all&#8217;Italia, sede di molti produttori di auto sportive che hanno costruito l\u00ec la loro reputazione per le prestazioni e il design, basati sui motori a combustione interna. I veicoli elettrici a batteria (BEV) sono noti per essere pi\u00f9 pesanti dei loro equivalenti a benzina e diesel, anche se le prestazioni dei BEV standard possono essere impressionanti come quelle di alcune auto sportive. L&#8217;estensione di cinque anni dell&#8217;accordo consente ai marchi di auto sportive di concentrarsi sullo sviluppo della tecnologia elettrica leggera senza essere distratti dagli obiettivi del 2025 e del 2030. Le proposte approvate dai ministri saranno presentate al Parlamento europeo per essere discusse nel corso dell&#8217;anno. L&#8217;intero pacchetto &#8220;Fit for 55&#8221; dovrebbe essere approvato entro la fine del 2022.
