Er zijn verschillende redenen waarom uw account geblokkeerd kan zijn:<\/p>\n

  1. U bent nog geen Geverifieerde Koper geworden. Log in op uw account en start het verificatieproces.<\/li>\n
  2. Het e-mailadres of btw-nummer van uw bedrijf blijkt ongeldig te zijn.<\/li>\n
  3. De klantendienst heeft uw recht om uw account te gebruiken ingetrokken om redenen zoals ontbrekende definitieve leveringsdocumenten, ongewenst gedrag, geannuleerde voertuigen, onprofessionele communicatie of gedrag, enz.<\/li>\n
  4. Uw betaling is te laat. Het betalingsproces verschilt per locatie.<\/li>\n
  5. Voor bedrijven uit Wit-Rusland, Oekra\u00efne of Rusland is het tot nader order niet mogelijk om op auto\u2019s te bieden en deze te kopen via OPENLANE. We kunnen voor deze landen geen vlotte dienstverlening meer garanderen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Als u meer dan vier dagen te laat bent met de betaling van uw voertuig, ontvangt u automatisch een vriendelijke herinnering. Indien de volledige betaling niet binnen zes dagen ontvangen wordt, zal het systeem u automatisch uitsluiten van deelname aan andere veilingen totdat onze bank de betaling heeft bevestigd.
