Wanneer je jouw bedrijf registreert bij OPENLANE, ontvang je \u00e9\u00e9n inlognaam met \u00e9\u00e9n wachtwoord. Je kunt echter extra biedersaccounts aanmaken voor jouw werknemers of kopers. Deze bieders krijgen elk hun eigen inlognaam en wachtwoord, waarmee ze kunnen inloggen en biedingen plaatsen namens jouw bedrijf. Het hoofdaccount blijft verantwoordelijk voor het contract en het volledige proces van A tot Z. OPENLANE werkt uitsluitend via het hoofdaccount.<\/p>\n

Als hoofdaccounthouder kun je biedersaccounts openen of sluiten. Je bent echter ook verantwoordelijk voor de acties van jouw bieders. Elk bod dat zij uitbrengen, is juridisch bindend<\/strong> en moet door jou worden opgevolgd. Let op: De klantenservice verstrekt alleen informatie over voertuigen wanneer het telefoonnummer van de beller of het e-mailadres van de afzender overeenkomt met de gegevens die door het hoofdaccount zijn opgegeven.<\/p>\n

STAP 1: Aan de slag
\n<\/strong>Log in op ‘<\/span>Mijn account’ en ga naar het gedeelte ‘Bieders<\/span>‘.<\/p>\n

STAP 2: Maak een biedersaccount aan
\n<\/strong>Klik op ‘<\/span>Nieuwe bieder toevoegen’.<\/span><\/p>\n

STAP 3: Vul de informatie in
\n<\/strong>Vul het formulier in met de correcte gegevens voor elke nieuwe bieder.<\/p>\n

STAP 4: Afgerond
\n<\/strong>Zo eenvoudig is het. De nieuwe bieder kan nu beginnen met het plaatsen van biedingen. Vergeet niet \u2013 en herinner hen eraan \u2013 dat alle biedingen juridisch bindend zijn.<\/p>\n

Bieders beheren
\n<\/strong>Als hoofdaccounthouder kun je jouw gebruikers beheren via filters en zoekopties. Wil je een bieder beperken tot alleen bieden of hun toegang tot het platform volledig intrekken? Dit regel je eenvoudig via de hoofdcontactpagina onder “Instellingen”. Let op: jouw biederaccounts hebben ook toegang tot het Transportoverzicht van het hoofdaccount.<\/p>\n
