Deze belasting, gebaseerd op de CO2-uitstoot, staat voor &#8220;belasting op personenauto&#8217;s en motorrijwielen&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Voor elk nieuw of ge\u00efmporteerd voertuig dat voor het eerst in Nederland wordt geregistreerd en bpm-plichtig is, wordt een bruto bpm-bedrag vastgesteld. Dit bedrag wordt maandelijks afgeschreven volgens een vaste tabel, prijslijst of taxatierapport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bij binnenlandse verkopen<\/strong> \u2013 wanneer een bpm-plichtig voertuig wordt verkocht aan een andere Nederlandse eigenaar en in Nederland geregistreerd blijft \u2013 wordt de rest-bpm doorberekend aan de nieuwe eigenaar.<\/p>\n<p>Bij <strong>export<\/strong> (Nederlandse voertuigen verkocht naar het <strong>buitenland<\/strong>) wordt <strong>de rest-bpm niet doorberekend aan de internationale klant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In dit geval blijft OPENLANE Nederland de laatste Nederlandse eigenaar, die het restant van de bpm moet voldoen.
