Om betalingen te kunnen doen, is het belangrijk om de verschillende bankcodes te begrijpen. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van wat deze codes betekenen en op welke soorten transacties ze van toepassing zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n

IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
\n<\/strong>Een IBAN is een internationaal gestandaardiseerd nummer dat wordt gebruikt om een bankrekening te identificeren. Het bevat maximaal 34 alfanumerieke tekens, beginnend met een tweecijferige landcode, gevolgd door twee controlecijfers om de geldigheid van het IBAN te bevestigen. Het nummer eindigt met een BBAN (Basic Bank Account Number), dat specifieke bank- en rekeninggegevens bevat. Het BBAN-formaat verschilt per land, maar bevat meestal een bankcode en filiaalcode.<\/p>\n

BIC (Bank Identifier Code), ook bekend als SWIFT-code
\n<\/strong>Een BIC, of SWIFT-code, is een unieke code van 8 tot 11 tekens die wordt gebruikt om een specifieke bank te identificeren bij internationale transacties. Deze code zorgt ervoor dat geldoverschrijvingen correct en effici\u00ebnt worden uitgevoerd naar de juiste bank.<\/p>\n

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area)
\n<\/strong>SEPA is een pan-Europees netwerk waarmee betalingen in euro’s (\u20ac) eenvoudig kunnen worden verzonden en ontvangen tussen twee bankrekeningen binnen de eurozone. Het maakt grensoverschrijdende betalingen net zo eenvoudig als binnenlandse overschrijvingen. SEPA omvat 36 lidstaten, waaronder alle EU-landen, Noorwegen, Zwitserland, en enkele andere staten. Het Verenigd Koninkrijk blijft een SEPA-land, ondanks Brexit.<\/p>\n

SHA (Shared)
