Een CMR is een vrachtbrief, opgesteld door het transportbedrijf dat het voertuig bij jou levert. Dit document dient als bewijs dat je het voertuig hebt ontvangen en moet door jou ondertekend worden.<\/p>\n

Drie kopie\u00ebn
\n<\/strong>Het CMR-formulier bestaat uit drie exemplaren: een ontvangstbewijs dat wordt teruggestuurd naar de verzender, bijvoorbeeld OPENLANE; een bewijs van levering dat naar de vervoerder, oftewel het transportbedrijf, gaat; en een derde exemplaar dat bestemd is voor de ontvanger, in dit geval voor jou.<\/p>\n

Te vermelden op het CMR
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Op het CMR moeten de volgende gegevens staan:<\/strong><\/td>\nWaar? <\/strong>(zie voorbeeld)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De naam en het adres van de afzender (bijv. OPENLANE).<\/td>\nnr 1<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De naam en het adres van de ontvanger (volgens de factuur). Als koper is dit jouw bedrijf.<\/td>\nnr 2<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 Het ophaaladres en de datum (inclusief een stempel van de parkeerplaats).<\/td>\nnr 3<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De eindbestemming van het voertuig (waar het transportbedrijf het voertuig aflevert).<\/td>\nnr 4<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De naam en het adres van de vervoerder en het kenteken van de vrachtwagen.<\/td>\nnr 5<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 Het merk, model, chassisnummer en kenteken van het voertuig.<\/td>\nnr 10<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 Dit veld is bestemd voor het transportbedrijf. Controleer of de datum is ingevuld.<\/td>\nnr 12<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De afhaaldatum en de stempel van de afhaallocatie<\/td>\nnr 14<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022. De stempel van het transportbedrijf, het kenteken van de vrachtwagen en de handtekening van de chauffeur.<\/td>\nnr 15<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u2022 De datum, het stempel en de handtekening van de ontvanger.<\/td>\nnr 16<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Controleer altijd zorgvuldig je CMR’s voordat je ze indient. Er is geen vast formaat voor een CMR, dus het aantal velden kan vari\u00ebren. Een voorbeeld van een correct ingevuld CMR-formulier<\/a> en CMR met 24 velden<\/a> kun je hier bekijken. <\/span><\/p>\n

Let op:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>OPENLANE accepteert geen “Internationaal”<\/em> of “Te bevestigen”<\/em> als eindbestemming. Het transportbedrijf is verantwoordelijk voor het correct invullen van het CMR en voor het nauwkeurig registreren van de staat van het voertuig. Deze controles moeten worden opgenomen in het CMR.<\/p>\n

Wettelijk kader
\n<\/strong>Dit wordt vereist volgens artikel 5 en artikel 6 van het<\/span><\/span>\u00a0verdrag betreffende de overeenkomst tot internationaal vervoer van goederen over de weg (CMR) (Gen\u00e8ve 19 mei 1956)<\/a>, en het aanvullend protocol van 1978.<\/span><\/p>\n

Denk eraan!
\n<\/strong>Je hoeft de CMR niet te uploaden wanneer je transport aan huis bestelt. In alle andere gevallen moet je dit wel doen. Spaanse en Italiaanse auto’s kunnen niet persoonlijk worden afgehaald<\/strong>. Ze moeten worden opgehaald door een transportbedrijf, omdat een offici\u00eble CMR van de verkoper nodig is om deze voertuigen uit te schrijven en de originele autopapieren vrij te geven.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
