De voertuigdocumenten worden per koerier naar je verzonden nadat het voertuig op de plaats van bestemming is aangekomen en je het naar behoren ingevulde CoD<\/a> en een kopie van de identiteitskaart van de bestuurder of CMR<\/a> hebt ge\u00fcpload in “Mijn account”.<\/p>\n

Je hoeft de CMR niet te uploaden als je kiest voor transport aan huis.<\/strong> In alle andere gevallen is het uploaden van de CMR wel verplicht. Volg deze eenvoudige stappen om je documenten te uploaden:<\/p>\n

Stap 1:<\/strong>
\nLog in op “Mijn account” en klik op “Documenten uploaden”. Selecteer het voertuig waarvoor je de CMR of CoD wilt uploaden. Geef aan of je een CoD of CMR wilt uploaden en voeg het bestand toe. OPENLANE controleert en keurt de definitieve CMR of CoD goed en stuurt je vervolgens de voertuigdocumenten per koerier toe.<\/p>\n

Belangrijk:<\/strong>
\nAls je de definitieve CMR\/CoD v\u00f3\u00f3r 12:00 uur<\/strong> uploadt en deze wordt goedgekeurd door onze administratie, worden de autodocumenten (indien beschikbaar) dezelfde dag nog verzonden. Het trackingnummer is na 17:30 uur CET online beschikbaar op de pagina “Mijn account”. Upload alleen de definitieve CMR<\/strong> die de levering van de HUB naar je afleveradres dekt, of het leveringsbewijs (CoD) samen met de correct ingevulde identiteitskaart.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stap 2:<\/strong>
\nWanneer je de documenten hebt ontvangen, vergeet dan niet om de ontvangst te bevestigen. Dit is essentieel om de verkoop succesvol af te ronden. Log opnieuw in op “Mijn account”, zoek je voertuig onder \u201cMijn bestellingen\u201d en bevestig dat je de documenten hebt ontvangen.<\/p>\n

Opmerking:<\/strong>
\nWe passen de bovenstaande procedure indien nodig aan, bijvoorbeeld om te voldoen aan lokale wetgeving of bij export buiten de EU.<\/p>\n

Als er kosten voor te laat ophalen in rekening worden gebracht, worden de autodocumenten pas vrijgegeven nadat de parkeerkosten volledig zijn betaald.<\/strong> Conform onze Algemene Voorwaarden<\/a> (Paragraaf 7.3.3) heb je na toestemming om het voertuig op te halen twee weken de tijd om dit te doen. Als het voertuig niet binnen die termijn wordt opgehaald, worden er administratiekosten van \u20ac50 in rekening gebracht, plus maximaal \u20ac5 per dag totdat het voertuig wordt opgehaald. Je ontvangt een proforma voor deze parkeerkosten zodra de auto is opgehaald. De autopapieren worden ingehouden totdat de factuur volledig is betaald.
