Dit bevestigt het succes van een concept dat zowel grensoverschrijdende als lokale handel even gemakkelijk maakt voor kopers. \u201cDit onderzoek bewijst dat onze focus op de website en de klantervaring zijn vruchten afwerpt. Ons gebruiksvriendelijke platform voor online autoveilingen biedt onze klanten de eenvoud die ze zoeken,\u201d zegt Johan Meyssen, CEO van ADESA Europe. \u201cWe zien dat online veilingen voor 84% van de ondervraagde deelnemers de favoriete manier van kopen zijn. Dat zegt veel over de toekomst van de professionele autohandel en onze sterke positie in deze markt.\u201d Opvallende cijfers: 71% van de ondervraagden verwacht dat de verkoop van tweedehands auto&#8217;s in hun land in 2023 zal stabiliseren of toenemen. Daarnaast voorspelt 67% dat ook hun eigen aankoopvolume zal groeien. Naast de eenvoud van het platform en de uitstekende klantenservice, zijn het de inspectiemogelijkheden van ADESA, de eerlijke prijzen, de redelijke transportkosten en de snelle afhandeling die bijdragen aan de tevredenheid van klanten. Andere factoren die de loyaliteit van kopers versterken, zijn de gebruiksvriendelijke mobiele app, het uitgebreide aanbod aan voertuigen en de ondersteuning in de lokale taal, wat een vlotte communicatie garandeert. Kopers beschouwen ADESA als een professionele en betrouwbare internationale partner, een reputatie die het bedrijf met trots verder wil versterken. Conclusie: Alles wijst erop dat het komende jaar veelbelovend zal zijn voor zowel ADESA als haar klanten.
