We kopen alleen in bij professionele spelers, autoverhuurbedrijven, autohandelaren maar ook bij klassieke handelaren en wagenparkbeheerders. Iedereen die van ons wil kopen, moet op zijn beurt een erkende verkoper zijn, ongeacht of hij in het binnen- of buitenland actief is.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h2>Digitaal verkoopproces<\/h2>\n<p> &#8220;Onze dienstverlening aan de klant is puur digitaal&#8221;, vervolgt Agten. &#8220;Wij zorgen voor het praktische gedeelte en alles wat daarbij komt kijken. Ons doel is maximaal succes voor de klant, wat heel ver kan gaan. Als de expertise ontbreekt om de staat van een voertuig te bepalen, kan een van onze mensen dit ter plaatse komen doen. Als de klant dat wenst, kunnen wij het hele verkoopproces voor onze rekening nemen, van de inspectie die ik net noemde, tot de verkoop en levering aan de koper. Indien nodig van transport van de auto tot het be\u00ebindigen van het auto verhuur contract.&#8221; &#8220;In de volgende fase is het voertuig het doel van een veiling,&#8221; legt Lars Agten uit. &#8220;Een veiling duurt gemiddeld 48 uur, gedurende welke ge\u00efnteresseerde kopers hun bod kunnen plaatsen. Wanneer de veiling sluit, delen wij de hoogste geboden prijs mee aan de verkoper. Als de prijs is overeengekomen, dan hebben we een verkoop. Maar als de verkoper niet tevreden is met het behaalde resultaat, kunnen we de auto aanbieden in een &#8216;Koop nu&#8217;-veiling, waarbij de verkopende partij de minimumprijs kan realiseren en de koper er zeker van is dat de auto wordt toegewezen: een win-win situatie.&#8221; &#8220;En waarvan verdienen wij? Simpelweg een commissie die in rekening wordt gebracht op de verkoop. Het exacte bedrag hangt af van de prijs die voor het voertuig wordt verkregen. Deze werkwijze is transparant en geeft de klant de zekerheid dat er een optimale prijs wordt verkregen.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h2>Internationale dimensie<\/h2>\n<p> &#8220;Ongeveer 97% van onze verkopen zijn grensoverschrijdend,&#8221; benadrukt Agten. &#8220;Met andere woorden: aan het einde van de rit krijgt het voertuig een tweede leven in een ander Europees land. Deze internationale aanpak is ook de kracht van OPENLANE. De verkoop van een voertuig is altijd een kwestie van vraag en aanbod die op elkaar moeten zijn afgestemd. Onze manier van werken vergroot de kans dat beide partijen wederzijds prijsvoordeel hebben. De Europese onderlinge verschillen zijn re\u00ebel, niet in het minst op het gebied van belastingen. Dit zorgt in realiteit ervoor dat bepaalde voertuigen die in het ene land moeilijk te verkopen zijn, elders makkelijker verkocht worden.
