Het is tijd om de schijnwerpers te richten op een dienst die we al heel wat jaren aanbieden. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken als u er nog niet van gehoord heeft. Sommige van onze klanten hebben er immers nog nooit gebruik van gemaakt. Natuurlijk zijn er ook klanten die hier niet meer zonder kunnen. En waarom niet? Klanten die volop gebruik maken van onze Biedersaccountdienst hebben hun bedrijf spectaculair zien groeien!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Wat is de Biedersaccountdienst?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Met de Biedersaccountdienst kunt u extra &#8216;Biedersaccounts&#8217; aanmaken. Dit zijn in feite extra accounts. Zij hebben hun eigen inloggegevens. Ze hebben hun eigen wachtwoorden. Iedereen met een biedersaccount kan een bod doen. En als hun bod wint? U moet weten dat OPENLANE geen zaken doet met de houders van uw biedersaccounts. We hebben namelijk alleen een contractuele relatie met u, de hoofdaccounthouder. Volgens dit contract bent u nog steeds verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van biedingen die zijn geplaatst via een biedersaccount die gekoppeld is aan uw hoofdaccount. Als iemand via een van uw biedersaccounts een bod uitbrengt, dient u ervoor te zorgen dat de betaling wordt voldaan.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Hoe helpt de biedersaccountsdienst u?<strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De biedaccounts maken het bieden bij ons nog gemakkelijker. U hoeft niet heen en weer te bellen wanneer u een bod uitbrengt op een auto waarin uw klant of collega ge\u00efnteresseerd is. In plaats daarvan geeft u hen gewoon de inloggegevens en een eigen wachtwoord om toegang te krijgen tot het OPENLANE platform. Daarna plaatsen ze hun eigen biedingen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Met de biedersaccountsdienst kunt u gemakkelijker en sneller werken. Het mooiste van alles is dat het gedoe vermindert. En u biedt uw klanten een uitstekende service. Hoe? Ze zullen met u in contact staan in plaats van twijfels te hebben over rechtstreeks zaken doen met een bedrijf waarvan ze nog nooit hebben gehoord en dat mogelijk ver bij hen vandaan is gevestigd. Biedersaccounts stellen ook iedereen die niet voldoet aan onze acceptatiecriteria in staat om het meeste uit OPENLANE te halen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Zijn er regels voor de biedersaccountsdienst?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Er zijn geen regels tussen OPENLANE en de houders van de biedaccounts. Alle regels zijn ofwel tussen OPENLANE en u, ofwel tussen u en de klanten of collega&#8217;s aan wie u een biedersaccount toekent. Het spreekt voor zich dat u een paar afspraken met uw klant of collega wilt maken. Het is geheel aan u om te beslissen wat deze afspraken zijn.<\/p>\n<h3> <strong>3,1 Wat nemen enthousiastelingen van onze biedersaccounts gewoonlijk op als afspraken?&#x00a0;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Onze grotere klanten gebruik maken van deze service vragen hun klanten een aanbetaling van 15%. Zij verlenen hun bieder pas toegang tot het OPENLANE platform nadat zij deze hebben ontvangen.<\/p>\n<p> Ten tweede: commissies. U hoeft geen commissie in rekening te brengen. Maar het is \u00e9\u00e9n manier om de belangrijke bemiddelende rol die u speelt te erkennen en uw klanten aan te moedigen om de mogelijkheden die u biedt te waarderen. Hoeveel commissie betaald uw klant u? Dat is geheel aan u. En tot slot: Bindende biedingen. Alle biedingen die uw klanten plaatsen zijn wettelijk bindend. Waarom is dit belangrijk? Omdat u als hoofdaccounthouder verantwoordelijk bent voor alle handelingen van uw bieders. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Hoe stelt u deze service in?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Log eerst in op uw account via &#8216;Mijn account&#8217;. Onder &#8216;Accountinstellingen&#8217; bevind zich de optie om &#8216;Biedersaccounts aan te maken&#8217;. Vul een paar gegevens in&#8230; En u bent klaar. Als u meer informatie wilt, neem dan gerust contact op met uw contactpersoon bij onze klantenservice.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. U maakt al gebruik van deze service.
