Waarom? <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;GWListe heeft een zeer mooie voetafdruk op de Duitse markt. Door onze volumes te combineren, worden we de op twee na grootste veilingmeester in Duitsland, waardoor we nog relevanter worden op de grootste automarkt in Europa&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hoe past GWListe in de algemene strategie van OPENLANE? <\/strong>&#8220;Beide bedrijven zijn zeer complementair. Wat de producten betreft, heeft CarsOn-TheWeb een constante voorraad van auto&#8217;s die aan het einde van hun leasecontract zijn, die goed gedocumenteerd en van hoge kwaliteit zijn. GWListe heeft een andere mix van auto&#8217;s uit een vast en trouw verkopersbestand in de dealergemeenschap. Wat de bedrijfsmodellen betreft: CarsOn-TheWeb heeft een full-service, transactioneel, no-cure-nopay model. GWListe past een niet-transactioneel model toe: ze zijn in wezen een matchmaker voor verkopers en kopers&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Hoe zal de overname uw bedrijf be\u00efnvloeden? <\/strong>&#8220;We zullen geleidelijk OPENLANE diensten aanbieden aan de verkopers en kopers van GWListe en vice versa. En we zullen het GWListe-bedrijfsmodel overal in Duitsland lanceren, en uiteindelijk ook elders in Europa. Beide merken zullen duidelijk verschillende diensten blijven aanbieden. Maar terwijl we de beste kwaliteiten van elk merk ontwikkelen, zullen we ICT, HR en andere back-office diensten integreren&#8221;. <strong>Online veilingen transformeren de manier waarop gebruikte voertuigen worden verhandeld. Wat zijn de belangrijkste ontwikkelingen in remarketing de afgelopen 10 jaar? <\/strong>&#8220;Kortom, ik moet zeggen dat ons bedrijf steeds meer een technologiebedrijf wordt naarmate we steeds complexere aspecten van nieuwe technologie overnemen en implementeren&#8221;. <strong>Hoe belangrijk zijn online veilingen in vergelijking met fysieke veilingen voor uw bedrijf? <\/strong>&#8220;Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat de online aanpak goed is voor onze industrie op het Europese vasteland, en ik weet zeker dat online veilingmeesters de toon zullen voeren, vooral in de internationale handel&#8221;. <strong>Wat zijn de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op dit gebied? <\/strong>&#8220;Er zijn twee belangrijke en sterk met elkaar verbonden ontwikkelingen, die beide plaatsvinden op het zich snel ontwikkelende gebied van de informatietechnologie.
