Ik kwam bij het team als senior ontwikkelaar die bijdroeg aan de OEM-oplossingen die vanuit het Verenigd Koninkrijk werden geleverd. <\/p>\n<h2>Vertel ons over uw carri\u00e8reverloop bij OPENLANE UK.<\/h2>\n<p> Kort daarna werd ik de Scrum Master voor dat delivery team in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, waar we bijdroegen aan verschillende grote projecten. Het grootste project was het migreren van onze &#8216;fysiek op locatie&#8217; oplossing naar een oplossing in de cloud. Tijdens deze periode kreeg ik de kans om met verschillende mensen te werken als onderdeel van het internationale team. Toen deed zich de kans voor om Global Engineering Manager voor het internationale team te worden, waar ik nu de mogelijkheid heb om bij te dragen, invloed uit te oefenen en leiding te geven aan engineeringpraktijken voor ons marktplaatsplatform. <\/p>\n<h2>Wat is het meest bevredigende aspect van uw huidige functie?<\/h2>\n<p> Het is voor mij het meest bevredigend om verschillende mensen met elkaar in contact te kunnen brengen om hetzelfde doel te bereiken; geen twee mensen in het internationale team hebben dezelfde achtergrond en het is geweldig om ze te leren kennen. Ik voel me vereerd dat ik in een positie ben waarin ik hen kan coachen en begeleiden. <\/p>\n<h2>Welk advies zou u geven aan iemand die zijn carri\u00e8re bij OPENLANE UK begint?<\/h2>\n<p> Mijn advies aan iedereen die bij OPENLANE UK begint, is ten eerste om te weten dat om hulp vragen geen zwakte is. Er is een enorm team om u heen dat u graag wil helpen.
