Deze Duitse autodealer werkt voornamelijk voor klanten uit landen zoals Itali\u00eb, Bulgarije, Portugal, Oostenrijk en Duitsland. Hij luistert aandachtig naar hun wensen en zoekt vervolgens naar de perfecte auto. We kijken uit naar de herfst, want ik ben benieuwd wat OPENLANE voor ons bedrijf kan betekenen zodra de coronamaatregelen volledig zijn opgeheven.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Vellecco weet precies waar zijn recente succes vandaan komt: &#8220;De voertuigbeschrijvingen zijn bijna perfect. Ik weet daardoor exact wat ik koop. Dat is ontzettend belangrijk, want ik werk op bestelling en volledig volgens de wensen van mijn klanten. Ik kan met een gerust hart een bod uitbrengen, omdat de auto&#8217;s altijd aan mijn verwachtingen voldoen \u2013 en ook aan die van mijn klanten. Zijn administratie verloopt nu veel effici\u00ebnter. &#8220;Ik heb verschillende veilingportalen geprobeerd, maar die waren vaak te ingewikkeld. Daarentegen is OPENLANE veel gebruiksvriendelijker en bovendien is de klantenservice ontzettend behulpzaam. Ze doen er alles aan om me te ondersteunen,&#8221; vertelt hij.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat de heer Vellecco veel auto&#8217;s importeert en exporteert, moet hij voor elk voertuig een internationaal transportdocument (CMR-vrachtbrief) invullen. Zonder dit document kan hij namelijk geen voertuigen over de grens vervoeren. &#8220;In het verleden leverde de vrachtbrief altijd problemen op. Ik had niet alle gegevens en kon het document zelden correct invullen. Wanneer ik contact opnam met het veilinghuis, kreeg ik echter nooit een duidelijk antwoord. Sinds ik samenwerk met OPENLANE, verloopt het transport daarentegen probleemloos. De klantenservice voorziet me van alle benodigde gegevens en legt me precies uit wat ik moet invullen.
