Voor Benghe Bogdan, de drijvende kracht achter ANDRA CAR-INOVATION \u2013 een familiebedrijf in Roemeni\u00eb \u2013 zijn tevreden klanten de ultieme maatstaf voor succes. Hij koopt tweedehandsauto’s in voor klanten uit alle hoeken van het land. Zijn voornaamste doel is om voertuigen te vinden die zo goed mogelijk aan de wensen en eisen van zijn klanten voldoen. Sinds 2008 rekent hij op de ondersteuning van OPENLANE om dit te realiseren. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Klanten komen naar me toe met specifieke voorkeuren voor voertuigtypes,” legt Bogdan uit. “Als we al auto’s hebben die aan hun eisen voldoen, is dat fantastisch. Maar als dat niet het geval is, gaan we actief op zoek. We bezoeken bijvoorbeeld de OPENLANE-website en zoeken naar voertuigen die aansluiten bij hun wensen en budget. Zodra we geschikte opties hebben gevonden, presenteren we deze aan de klant en bieden we op de auto’s die zij kiezen.”<\/p>\n

De gebruiksvriendelijkheid van het OPENLANE-platform is een van de belangrijkste redenen waarom Bogdan het keer op keer blijft gebruiken. “Ik hou van hoe alles overzichtelijk op de website staat,” zegt hij. “Het is eenvoudig om alle nodige documenten te vinden. Bovendien kan ik CMR’s en andere transportdocumenten rechtstreeks naar de site uploaden, waardoor ik geen tijd verlies met het versturen van talloze e-mails.”<\/p>\n

Bogdan benadrukt ook hoe handig het is dat hij via \u00e9\u00e9n website toegang heeft tot voertuigen van verschillende merken. “Soms komt een klant naar ons toe met een specifiek merk of model in gedachten. Als ze bijvoorbeeld een BMW 3 Serie willen, zoek ik via OPENLANE naar precies dat type voertuig. We kopen auto’s van alle merken via OPENLANE.”<\/p>\n

Hij is enthousiast over zijn ervaring met het platform. “Ik raad OPENLANE zeker aan,” zegt Bogdan. “Het is een betrouwbaar bedrijf om mee samen te werken. In de afgelopen zes maanden kwam het merendeel van de auto’s die we hebben gekocht via OPENLANE. Natuurlijk hebben we in de loop der jaren weleens misverstanden gehad, maar die hebben we altijd in goed overleg opgelost.
