Wanneer u uw bedrijf registreert bij OPENLANE, geven wij u \u00e9\u00e9n inlognaam met \u00e9\u00e9n wachtwoord. U kunt echter ook biederaccounts aanmaken voor uw werknemers of kopers. In dat geval krijgen ze elk hun eigen inlognaam en wachtwoord, waarmee ze kunnen inloggen en biedingen kunnen plaatsen namens uw bedrijf. Het contract en het A-Z-proces worden beheerd door het hoofdaccount. OPENLANE werkt alleen met het hoofdaccount.<\/p>\n

Als hoofdaccounthouder kunt u biederaccounts openen of sluiten. U bent echter ook verantwoordelijk voor de acties van uw bieders. Elk bod dat zij doen, is juridisch bindend<\/strong>. U moet deze biedingen opvolgen. Volg de onderstaande stappen om een \u200b\u200bbiederaccount aan te maken. We wijzen er ook op dat de klantenservice alleen informatie over auto’s verstrekt als het telefoonnummer van de beller of het e-mailadres van de afzender overeenkomt met de e-mailadressen die door het hoofdaccount zijn verstrekt.<\/p>\n

STAP 1: Aan de slag
\n<\/strong>Log in op ‘<\/span>Mijn account’. Ga naar ‘Bieders<\/span>‘.<\/p>\n

STAP 2: Maak een biedersaccount aan
\n<\/strong>Klik op ‘<\/span>Nieuwe bieder toevoegen’.<\/span><\/p>\n

STAP 3: Vul de informatie in
\n<\/strong>Vul het formulier in met de juiste gegevens voor elke nieuwe bieder. <\/span><\/p>\n

STAP 4: Afgerond
\n<\/strong>Zo eenvoudig is het. U bent nu klaar. Ze kunnen nu beginnen met het plaatsen van biedingen. Vergeet niet \u2013 en herinner hen eraan \u2013 dat alle biedingen juridisch bindend zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bieders beheren
\n<\/strong>Als hoofdaccounthouder kunt u nu uw gebruikers vinden via de filters en zoeken. Als u een bieder wilt blokkeren om alleen te bieden of om het platform volledig te openen, kunt u dit doen via de hoofdcontactpagina onder instellingen. Vergeet ook niet dat uw biederaccounts toegang hebben tot het Transportoverzicht van het hoofdaccount.<\/p>\n
