Bovendien heeft het Europese Hof van Justitie al bepaald dat de maatregelen ter bescherming van de consument niet van toepassing zijn in overeenkomsten voor twee\u00ebrlei gebruik, tenzij het professionele gebruik praktisch niet aanwezig is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Aangezien u een bedrijf of een natuurlijk persoon bent, is de EU-richtlijn betreffende consumentenrechten &#8211; en elke andere wetgeving ter bescherming van de consument &#8211; niet van toepassing op onze commerci\u00eble relatie.
