Hoe uploadt u deze bestanden? Het is eenvoudig. Volg gewoon deze eenvoudige stappen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 1:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Log in op &#8220;Mijn account&#8221; en klik op\u00a0&#8220;Documenten uploaden&#8221;. Selecteer vervolgens het voertuig waarvoor u de CMR of CoD wilt uploaden. Geef aan of u een CoD of een CMR wilt uploaden en upload het bestand. <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">OPENLANE zal de definitieve CMR of CoD controleren, goedkeuren en u de voertuigdocumenten per koerier sturen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Belangrijk:\u00a0<\/strong>Als u de correcte definitieve CMR\/CoD\u00a0<strong>voor 12 uur<\/strong> uploadt en deze is goedgekeurd door onze administratie, en de autodocumenten beschikbaar zijn, worden deze dezelfde dag nog naar u verzonden.\u00a0Het trackingnummer is na 17:30 uur CET online beschikbaar op de pagina\u00a0&#8220;Mijn account&#8221;.\u00a0Upload\u00a0<strong>alleen de definitieve CMR<\/strong> die de levering van de HUB naar uw afleveradres dekt OF het\u00a0<strong>leveringsbewijs (CoD) samen met de identiteitskaart die<\/strong> correct is ingevuld.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Stap 2:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wanneer u uw documenten hebt ontvangen, vergeet dan niet om de ontvangst te bevestigen. Dit is van vitaal belang om de verkoop succesvol af te sluiten. Gelukkig is het heel gemakkelijk om te doen! Log gewoon opnieuw in bij\u00a0&#8220;Mijn account&#8221;. Zoek onder\u00a0\u201cMijn bestellingen\u201d uw voertuig op en bevestig dat u de documenten hebt ontvangen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opmerking:\u00a0<\/strong>Houd er rekening mee dat we de bovenstaande procedure indien nodig zullen aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld als we moeten voldoen aan de lokale wetgeving of in geval van export buiten de EU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In het geval dat er kosten voor te laat ophalen in rekening worden gebracht, worden de autodocumenten pas vrijgegeven nadat de parkeerkosten volledig zijn betaald.<\/strong>\u202fIn overeenstemming met onze\u202f<a href=\"\/nl-nl?page_id=3620&amp;tab=transport-and-delivery-of-vehicles-and-vehicle-documents\">Algemene Voorwaarden<\/a>\u202f(Paragraaf 7.3.3) hebt u na ontvangst van uw toestemming om het voertuig op te halen twee weken de tijd om het voertuig op te halen. Als het voertuig niet binnen die twee weken wordt opgehaald, worden er administratiekosten van 50 EUR in rekening gebracht, plus maximaal 5 EUR per dag totdat het voertuig wordt opgehaald. U ontvangt een proforma voor deze parkeerkosten zodra de auto is opgehaald, en de autopapieren worden ingehouden totdat de factuur is betaald.
