Met een gemiddelde tevredenheidsscore van 8.3\/10 behoort het autoveilingplatform tot een van de beste binnen de sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_3-1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<h2>De klant op de eerste plaats<\/h2>\n<p> OPENLANE heeft vorig jaar een nieuwe strategie ontwikkeld die gericht is op een betere afstemming tussen de eisen van kopers en hun aanbod<span>&#x00a0;<\/span> en de klanttevredenheid te verhogen door alle transacties sneller, gemakkelijker en probleemloos te laten verlopen. &#8220;We doen er echt alles aan om het succes en de tevredenheid van onze klanten te garanderen. Zij zijn tenslotte de reden van ons bestaan&#8221;, zegt Gino Vleminckx, commercieel directeur bij OPENLANE. &#8220;Het is daarom ook logisch dat we die tevredenheid voortdurend in de gaten houden en aan verbeterpunten werken.&#8221; Mihail Lapshin uit Estland is blij met deze aanpak: &#8220;Ik werk al sinds 2012 met OPENLANE en ik ben een tevreden klant. Alle aankopen verlopen vrij vlot en als er problemen zijn, worden die opgelost. OPENLANE werkt ook aan continue verbetering van het veilingsplatform. In het bijzonder vragen wij hoe waarschijnlijk het is dat zij OPENLANE aan anderen zullen aanbevelen. Op basis hiervan wordt de Net Promotor Score berekend (https:\/\/www.netpromoter.com\/), oplopend van -100 tot +100. Een score van 0 wordt weergegeven als gemiddeld, een score boven 50 is uitstekend. &#8220;Met een resultaat van 48 scoort OPENLANE uitstekend bij een internationaal koperspubliek uit meer dan 50 landen&#8221;, zegt Vleminckx. <\/p>\n<h2>89% zijn tevreden tot zeer tevreden<\/h2>\n<p> &#8220;89% van onze klanten is tevreden tot zeer tevreden, 59% geeft ons zelfs een topscore van 9 of 10\/10&#8221;, vervolgt Vleminckx. &#8220;Dat betekent dat de klantervaring nog niet optimaal is voor 11% van de autoverkopen. Minder dan de helft hiervan heeft te maken met extra schade die aan het voertuig is vastgesteld. In deze gevallen vindt onze klantenafdeling een oplossing via ons schadebeleid. Het bevat een aantal richtlijnen die gebaseerd zijn op onze lange ervaring en feedback van klanten. Dit cijfer moet natuurlijk worden gezien in de context van de remarketingsector (het opnieuw op de markt brengen), waar schade inherent is aan de aankoop van tweedehandsvoertuigen. <\/p>\n<h2>Van feedback naar nieuwe service<\/h2>\n<p> Wat doet OPENLANE wanneer het een lagere score krijgt? &#8220;Bij een score van 7 op 10 of minder, volgen we nauwgezet op, stellen we bijkomende vragen en werken we een geschikte oplossing uit&#8221;, zegt Vleminckx. &#8220;De systematische methode voor het ontvangen van feedback heeft dit jaar geleid tot de lancering van verschillende nieuwe diensten. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daarom hebben we &#8216;Optimo&#8217; gelanceerd, een pakket van 3 diensten dat een betalingsuitstel, extra voertuiginspectie en prioriteittransport naar de HUB omvat. &#8216;Ultimo&#8217; past ook in deze lijst. Met Ultimo krijgt de veilingswinnaar 5 extra minuten om zijn beste en laatste bod uit te brengen, om zo de kans op toewijzing drastisch te verhogen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> Deze diensten en oplossingen ondersteunen de stappen die het bedrijf onderneemt om de continue groei te garanderen. OPENLANE heeft de ambitie om het volume tegen 2021 naar 100.000 verkochte auto&#8217;s per jaar te verhogen. <\/p>\n<h2>Over OPENLANE<\/h2>\n<p> OPENLANE (OPENLANE) werd opgericht in 2004 en is nu, met 5 vestigingen en 137 medewerkers, uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke speler op de Europese markt.
