Vooral als ze onnodig zijn. Wij geloven dat er onnodige vertragingen waren voor nieuwe klanten die auto&#8217;s wilden vinden bij OPENLANE. Voordat een nieuwe klant kon beginnen met bieden, moesten ze een aantal verschillende elementen valideren:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. E-mailadres; 2. BTW-nummer; 3. Identiteitskaart; 4. Bedrijfsdocumenten; 5. Status als professionele autohandelaar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wij gebruikten deze documenten om verkopers en andere kopers te beschermen. En dat willen we blijven doen. Het probleem? Het valideren van <strong>vijf<\/strong> verschillende documenten kost tijd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We besloten onze aanpak te veranderen. Hoe? Stel u bent een potenti\u00eble klant die zich wil registreren bij OPENLANE. Het eerste wat u nu moet doen is ons uw e-mailadres en btw-nummer sturen. Wij controleren deze met dezelfde up-to-date systemen die u gewend bent op talloze andere websites en platforms. U wordt in een mum van tijd geregistreerd als nieuwe koper. U bent vrij om verschillende auto&#8217;s te bekijken en een bod op ze te doen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tijd om te bieden<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wat gebeurt er als uw bod wint? Het is tijd om uw identiteit te verifi\u00ebren. Een controle van uw identiteitskaart op dit punt in het proces leidt op dit punt in het proces niet tot vertragingen, omdat het simultaan met andere nodige stappen van de verkoper loopt. Zodra de controle voltooid is &#8211; maximaal \u00e9\u00e9n werkdag na het uploaden &#8211; kunt u verder gaan met het plaatsen van biedingen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Een vijfvoudige winnaar<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voor u het weet, hebt u vijf veilingen gewonnen. Dit betekent dat het tijd is om uw bedrijfsdocumenten te verstrekken. We zullen deze ook gebruiken om uw status als professionele autohandelaar te verifi\u00ebren. Dit betekent dat u nu net zo gevalideerd bent als met het oude registratieproces. Het enige verschil? U hebt al vijf veilingen gewonnen, hebt het OPENLANE platform leren gebruiken en kent alle opties door en door.
