Dit betekent dat het aantal auto&#8217;s zal toenemen, maar dat de prijzen de komende jaren waarschijnlijk hoog zullen blijven. Of zijn er kansen op de markt voor tweedehands auto&#8217;s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elektrische voertuigen (EV&#8217;s) nemen momenteel een uiterst klein percentage van de tweedehandsmarkt in beslag. En hier is een heel logische verklaring voor. Hoewel het aantal elektrische voertuigen dat de Europese markt betreedt elk jaar toeneemt, blijft het aantal elektrische voertuigen (EV&#8217;s) dat gekocht wordt relatief klein. Vorig jaar werden slechts ongeveer 100.000 verkocht in Europa, voornamelijk in landen met gunstige belastingvoordelen, zoals Noorwegen en Nederland. Dit betekent dat slechts een beperkt aantal voertuigen op de tweedehandsmarkt terechtkomt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tweedehands elektrische voertuigen (EV&#8217;s) zijn dus schaars en volgens de economische wetten van vraag en aanbod zouden ze ook relatief duur moeten zijn, toch? Nou, eigenlijk is niets minder waar. Dit komt omdat de waarde van een elektrisch voertuig (EV) veel sneller daalt dan die van een auto die op benzine of diesel rijdt. De Amerikaanse NADAguides heeft de prijs van een 2015 Nissan LEAF met 50.000 km op de klok zien tuimelen van $ 29.000 naar $ 10.000 op de tweedehandsmarkt (een afschrijving van 65%), terwijl een Toyota Corolla van $ 17.000 met dezelfde kilometerstand gemiddeld met 29% is gedaald naar $ 12.000. En CAP Automotive in het Verenigd Koninkrijk berekende ook dat de gemiddelde restwaarde van een drie jaar oude elektrische auto in 2016 20,5% was, wat veel minder is dan de gebruikelijke 40 tot 50% voor auto&#8217;s met een conventionele motor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">De kosten van batterijen<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De belangrijkste reden waarom elektrische auto&#8217;s zo snel in waarde dalen, is de batterij. De maximale laadcapaciteit van een dergelijke batterij neemt af tijdens de levensduur. De snelheid waarmee dit gebeurt, hangt af van de manier waarop het voertuig wordt gebruikt. Voortdurend de stekker in het stopcontact steken en uw auto volledig opladen heeft een negatief effect, terwijl rijden tot de accu bijna leeg is en deze vervolgens opladen tot 80% minder invloed heeft. De volgende tabel laat zien dat na 200.000 kilometer de maximale laadcapaciteit van een Tesla Model S ongeveer met 10% afneemt.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"500\" data-src=\"https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/graph-electric-cars-1024x500.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large lazyload\" alt=\"The cost of batteries\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/graph-electric-cars-1024x500.png 1024w, https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/graph-electric-cars-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/info.openlane.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/graph-electric-cars.png 1156w\" data-sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/500;\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze beperkte levensduur weerhoudt potenti\u00eble kopers, vooral wanneer ze weten dat de levensverwachting van intensief gebruikte batterijen meestal acht jaar is.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoe eerder, hoe beter<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dat gezegd hebbende, is het toevoegen van elektrische auto&#8217;s aan uw assortiment misschien nog geen zo&#8217;n slecht idee. Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openlane.eu\/en\/findcar?fuelTypes=Electric\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aantal EV&#8217;s dat beschikbaar is op OPENLANE<\/a> groeit gestaag. Dagelijks staan er ongeveer 100 van deze voertuigen op de veiling. Dus welke kunt u het beste aan uw inventaris toevoegen? In de wetenschap dat de gemiddelde Europeaan 40 tot 80 kilometer per dag aflegt, zijn EV&#8217;s met een NEDC-bereik van 200 km of meer perfect voor dagelijks gebruik, vooral als u ze tegen de huidige concurrerende prijzen kunt aanbieden. Toch zult u er snel bij moeten zijn, omdat de restwaarde elektrische voertuigen (EV&#8217;s) naar verwachting in de toekomst zal stijgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Er zijn steeds minder obstakels die consumenten ervan weerhouden om een elektrische auto te kopen. Er wordt bijvoorbeeld gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van een geschikte oplaadinfrastructuur en de productie van een reeks voertuigen die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van consumenten, zoals SUV&#8217;s. Grotere batterijen helpen ook om de bezorgdheid van bestuurders over de actieradius van deze voertuigen te verminderen. Samen met de belastingvoordelen die in veel landen voor elektrische voertuigen (EV&#8217;s) gelden, zou dit zowel de vraag als de tweedehands prijzen kunnen doen stijgen.
