Daarom passen we onze systemen voortdurend aan en voegen we nieuwe functies en opties toe. Wat zijn dat? <\/p>\n<h2>Bod intrekken<\/h2>\n<p> We testen deze nieuwe optie momenteel met het oog op de permanente invoering ervan. Waarom? Omdat wij geloven dat er bepaalde momenten zijn waarop u een bod wilt intrekken: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Er zijn verschillende voertuigen die u interesseren. En ze worden allemaal tegelijk geveild! U wilt uw kansen om er \u00e9\u00e9n te winnen vergroten, maar u kunt het zich niet veroorloven om ze allemaal aan u toegewezen te krijgen. Waarom biedt u niet op allemaal en trekt u uw resterende biedingen in nadat u er een hebt gewonnen?<\/li>\n<li>U hebt zojuist een bod geplaatst op &#8216;Awesome Car&#8217;. En dan ziet u &#8216;Even Better Car&#8217;&#8230; In het verleden zou dit een probleem zijn geweest. Maar nu niet meer! Trek uw bod op &#8216;Awesome Car&#8217; in en plaats een bod op &#8216;Even Better Car&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Een specifieke klant heeft u gesmeekt een bod uit te brengen op een specifieke auto. Binnen paar seconden en een paar klikken doet u mee in de race om de auto te winnen. Maar hoe snel u ook was, het is tijd genoeg voor uw klant om van gedachten te veranderen&#8230; U beseft meteen hoe waardevol de &#8216;Bod intrekken&#8217; mogelijkheid is.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Directe bevestiging na &#8216;Nu kopen&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p> Vroeger moest u wachten tot de veiling afgelopen was om de auto te bevestigen en uw aankoop af te ronden. Maar als u op ons lijkt, houdt u waarschijnlijk veel minder van wachten dan van onmiddellijke bevestigingen. Daarom hebben we het systeem aangepast. U kunt uw aankoop nu bevestigen zodra u op de knop &#8216;Nu kopen&#8217; hebt gedrukt, zonder ook maar een moment te hoeven wachten. <\/p>\n<h2>Meldingen over vergelijkbare auto&#8217;s<\/h2>\n<p> Het is belangrijk om op de hoogte te blijven van alles wat er in een veiling gebeurt nadat u uw bod hebt geplaatst. Daarom sturen we u e-mails. U zult ze nog steeds ontvangen, maar als de e-mail u informeert dat u een veiling hebt verloren of dat de verkoper uw bod heeft geweigerd, zal deze nu ook goed nieuws bevatten. Dankzij gecompliceerde algoritmen zal de e-mail aanbiedingen bevatten voor gelijksoortige auto&#8217;s die binnen kort op de veiling gaan. <\/p>\n<h2>Feedback op blinde veilingen<\/h2>\n<p> Ooit kregen de kopers die een bod uitbrachten in onze blinde veilingen feedback over hun bod. We realiseerden ons dat dit gebeurde, besloten dat dit niet was wat we hadden gepland en stopten met het versturen van feedback. Normaal gesproken zou dit het einde van het verhaal zijn geweest, maar we merkten dat toen de feedback werd verstuurd, de kopers succesvoller waren en er meer auto&#8217;s werden toegewezen. En dus besloten we de feedback te herintroduceren. Bij een blinde veiling kunt u het bedrag van het hoogste bod nog steeds niet zien, maar wanneer u een bod plaatst, kunt u wel zien of u de hoogste bieder bent en krijgt u een e-mail als u overboden wordt. Uiteindelijk zal het beschikbaar maken van deze informatie iedereen helpen om succesvoller te bieden en nog lang en gelukkig te leven. <\/p>\n<h2>Plannen voor de toekomst<\/h2>\n<p> Zou u geloven dat het minimaliseren van uw interacties met de belastingdienst een rol speelt bij een lang en gelukkig leven? Het komt er allemaal neer op dat &#8216;Definitieve Afleveringsdocument&#8217; dat we u momenteel vragen te uploaden wanneer u een nieuwe auto in ontvangst neemt. De belastinginspecteur vindt dit document ongelooflijk belangrijk om te voldoen aan de voorschriften die de belastingautoriteiten ongelooflijk belangrijk vinden om redenen die alleen zij kunnen begrijpen. Het goede nieuws is dat onze transporteurs deze documenten mogen uploaden. De belastingdienst krijgt nog steeds wat zij nodig achten en u kunt beginnen met de verkoop van uw nieuwe auto vanaf het moment dat deze bij u op de stoep staat. Een win-win situatie. We hopen het in augustus in gebruik te kunnen nemen. Maar voor nu is het tijd om naar OPENLANE te gaan en optimaal te profiteren van alle veranderingen en updates die er al zijn.
