Klanten komen naar Bogdan op zoek naar specifieke voertuigtypes. Als we al auto’s hebben die aan hun voorkeuren voldoen, geweldig, maar zo niet, dan gaan we op zoek,” legt hij uit. Wij gaan bijvoorbeeld naar de OPENLANE website en zoeken daar naar auto’s die aan hun voorkeuren en budget voldoen. Zodra we opties hebben gevonden, presenteren we deze aan de klant en bieden we op de auto’s die zij kiezen.” De gebruiksvriendelijkheid van het OPENLANE platform is een van de belangrijkste redenen waarom Bogdan blijft terugkeren. Ik hou van de manier waarop alles op de website staat,” zegt hij. Het is gemakkelijk om alle documenten te vinden die ik nodig heb. En ik kan CMR’s en andere transportdocumenten rechtstreeks naar de site uploaden, zodat ik geen tijd hoef te verspillen met het versturen van een heleboel e-mails.<\/p>\n

Ik ben echt blij met dit aspect van het platform.\u00a0Het is gemakkelijk om toegang te krijgen tot alle informatie, de geschiedenis, autobeschrijvingen en foto’s – werkelijk alles – allemaal op \u00e9\u00e9n plek.” Het is ook een enorm voordeel voor Bogdan dat hij auto’s van veel verschillende merken op \u00e9\u00e9n website kan kopen. Soms komt een klant naar ons toe op zoek naar een specifiek merk of model auto. Als ze bijvoorbeeld een BMW 3 Serie willen, gaan we naar de OPENLANE website en zoeken we naar die specifieke auto.\u00a0Wij kopen auto’s van alle merken bij OPENLANE.” ‘Ik raad OPENLANE zeker aan,’ zegt Bogdan.\u00a0Het is echt een goed bedrijf om mee samen te werken.<\/p>\n

In de afgelopen zes maanden zijn de meeste auto’s die we hebben gekocht afkomstig van OPENLANE. We hebben in de loop der jaren een paar misverstanden gehad, maar we hebben het altijd in goed overleg kunnen oplossen.
